Vocational adaptation is a problem that everyone must face when entering a professional position.As educators,young Chinese teachers are faced with heavy teaching tasks,pressure to enter a higher education,school and education department management,social supervision and parents' expectations.The pressure on young Chinese teachers is very huge.All sectors of society should give young language teachers more care and understanding,help young language teachers encounter difficulties in the process of professional adaptation,so that young language teachers can quickly adapt to the high school language teacher profession,and provide services for high school language teaching with full enthusiasm.Therefore,the research on the professional adaptation of young Chinese teachers has very important value.In this study,the professional adaptation of 11 young language teachers at Burzin Senior High School was studied through research methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey and on-site interview method.First of all,this study summarizes and summarizes the background,purpose,research status and occupational adaptation concept of young language teachers.Secondly,through questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews,this study analyzes the specific conditions of professional adaptation of young language teachers from four dimensions: professional psychological adaptation,vocational skill adaptation,professional interpersonal adaptation and professional environment adaptation of teachers,and finds that young vocational teachers have difficulty in changing their roles,conflicts between expectations and reality in terms of professional psychological adaptation;there are problems of insufficient educational knowledge ability and low level of information technology in vocational skills adaptation;and there are problems of professional interpersonal adaptation with students,colleagues,leaders,The problem of parents not being harmonious;there are problems such as strict school management system,monotony of campus culture,and tense working atmosphere in the adaptation of the professional environment.Third,combined with the content of questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews,this study mainly analyzes the specific reasons for the current problems in the professional adaptation of young language teachers from the four dimensions of teachers' professional psychological adaptation,vocational skills adaptation,professional interpersonal adaptation and professional environment adaptation.Finally,this study proposes specific countermeasures from the four dimensions of teachers' professional psychological adaptation,vocational skills adaptation,professional interpersonal adaptation and professional environment adaptation,so as to help young language teachers to quickly complete vocational adaptation and provide high-quality services for high school language teaching.
