To some extent, the development of higher learning institutions and the levels of scientific technology represent the countries progress. Actually, rise and fall of a university greatly depend on the qualities of teachers as a nation on the developing of education, the young teacher is a important part of university teacher.The professional career development refers to that the individual gradually to achieve its professional goal, and unceasing formulate and implement new goal process. professional development of the university young teacher has different stages gradually and develops two aspects including the outside profession development and inside profession development. for the university young teacher, they specially pay attention to the development of inside profession. University young teacher has strong aspiration for successful professional career, so it will be a useful motivation method with long term impact to conduct guidance for their professional career development.Motivation is a process that influences the person's behavior according to the needs he wants. The university should make full use of the motivational theory to improve young teacher's working performance by establishing motivation system, It is also necessary to adjust to the feedback during the carrying out the theory.It furthers the young teacher professional career development.Based on present situation investigation of professional career development of university young teacher and career theory and motivational theory, the paper discusses guiding strategies of professional career development of university young teacher and motivation system: individual profession career planning,main concent of guidance of professional career development in different stages,guiding strategy and motivation system, in orderto realize the double-winning of university young teacher and university development. The paper intends to provide reference for professional career development of university young teacher in our universities.
