With the development of society, the development of teacher in secondary vocational and technical schools is getting to trigger the concerns of the masses. young teachers are the nuclues of those teachers,which play the important role in school education,therefore, school management focus lavish attention on nurture and selection of young teachers.But for teacher himself,what kind of career planning is the best suitable one for himself,which is a question worthy of consideration for every young teacher.In this dissertation, from the view of professional career planning of young teacher in secondary vocational and technical school, the Systematical analysis and thorough exploration of the character and management strategy for career planning and further development are made by the synthetical use of document analysis, observation and survey interview, combining with domestic and foreign development theory and career planning for teacher profession.Four phases of teacher development, namely pre-duty phase, guidence phase, capacity-building phase and growth phase,are explored by the research of career planning for young teacher in secondary vocational and technical schools. The factors (individual,school, society) exerting influence on career planning for that type of teacher are summarized, combining with theories and interview result; there was a further probe into management strategies for above career planning from the viewpoint of society, school and individual respectively:the different measures based on the different phase of career planning, foundation of effective management system for career planning, Incentives for young teachers and design of career planning for themResults on this research suggest that career planning is more than problems of teachers themselves, on the contraty, it should keep close connection with guidences of society and school instead. The ultimate goal to promote development of teacher will be able to achieved really as long as right career planning is carried out by social accurate position and guidance of school in place, combining with individual characteristic of teacher.
