Research On The Cognition Of Community Building To Promote The Modernization Of Farmers In Southern Xinjiang ——Take Y Village,Q Town,Hotan Prefecture As An Example

In 2020,Southern Xinjiang,together with the rest of the country,won the battle against poverty,completely lifted itself out of absolute poverty and embarked on the road to a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Under the background of rural revitalization in the new era,southern Xinjiang is facing the effective continuation of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization,and farmers in southern Xinjiang are also facing the inevitable road from the relatively closed and conservative in the past to the modern and open.Since the poverty alleviation campaign in 2014,it has been the biggest period of production and life change for farmers in Southern Xinjiang in the past 30 years.Faced with winning the poverty alleviation campaign and continuing the rural revitalization after the war,what is the degree of modernization of farmers in Southern Xinjiang? How does social work play a role in promoting the modernization of farmers in Southern Xinjiang? Centering on the above problems,this study carried out the rural community construction project pilot in Y village,Q Town,P County,Hetian Region of Southern Xinjiang,and further explored the path of promoting the modernization change of farmers in Southern Xinjiang through community construction by using the methods of participating in observation and field investigation.The research finds that through poverty alleviation,farmers in Southern Xinjiang have made great changes in modernization,such as farmers' income,employment types,and acceptance of new things show a high degree of tolerance,but there are still deficiencies in the modern life concept identity,sense of efficacy and Chinese culture identity.Through the intervention of community construction projects,the study carried out the first phase of intervention activities of community construction through the popularization of Chinese culture,popular science,support for vulnerable groups,and the popularization of health concepts.The mid-term evaluation of the project found that,Community building projects have certain effect on improving villagers' modern life concept identity,scientific concept recognition,Chinese culture identity and health concept promotion.But at the same time,it is necessary to further strengthen the project design,strengthen the continuous involvement of activities in changing customs and customs,strengthen the creation of public space and the cultivation of farmers' habits,and further promote the transformation of farmers' modernization.
