Abstract/Summary:
Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,the construction of teachers has become the key word of our country’s education work.The construction of rural kindergarten teachers,especially in poor rural areas,is the weakest link in our country’s education.Kindergarten teachers are the "pilots" who master the quality of preschool education.Therefore,building a teaching staff with sufficient quantity,high academic level,excellent structure and strong professional level is the key to the good development of preschool education in rural China.The economic and cultural development of rural areas in southern Xinjiang is relatively backward.Preschool education starts late and develops slowly.The construction of teachers can not adapt well to the new orientation,new journey and new mission of our country’s social development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and theoretical value to study the present situation of rural kindergarten teachers in southern Xinjiang and explore the solutions to existing problems.This paper discusses the theme of the research on the construction of rural kindergarten teachers in southern Xinjiang in three parts.The first part: The importance of the construction of rural kindergarten teachers in southern Xinjiang.This part mainly expounds the basic overview of the construction of rural kindergarten teachers in southern Xinjiang and analyzes the importance of strengthening the construction of rural kindergarten teachers in southern Xinjiang,so as to establish a good theoretical basis for subsequent research.The second part: The present situation of the construction of rural kindergarten teachers in southern Xinjiang and the reasons for the problems.This part analyzes the basic situation of the construction of rural kindergarten teachers in southern Xinjiang,and summarizes the effectiveness,problems and reasons of the construction of rural kindergarten teachers in southern Xinjiang.The third part: The countermeasures of the construction of the rural kindergartenteachers in southern Xinjiang.This part is mainly aimed at the problems existing in the construction of rural kindergarten teachers in southern Xinjiang,and puts forward practical and feasible suggestions and measures.Through in-depth investigation and analysis of the construction of rural kindergarten teachers in southern Xinjiang.Combined with the relevant theoretical foundation,people have a clearer understanding of the problems existing in the process of the construction of rural kindergarten teachers in southern Xinjiang and the urgency of strengthening the construction of teachers ’ranks.At the same time,it provides corresponding reference value for the follow-up construction of rural kindergarten teachers in southern Xinjiang.
