The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Study On Optimization Of New Farmers'skills Training Model In Guangxi Province

China's current agricultural development is mainly characterized by big but not strong.The quality and literacy level of farmers still stay at a relatively low level of development.In order to get rid of the development dilemma of China's agricultural development,we must vigorously promote the process of agricultural modernization.Therefore,from the perspective of the peasants themselves and the Chinese government,it is imperative to improve the overall quality of peasants in China.Carrying out technical training for farmers,training agricultural technology or skills for farmers is an important means to effectively improve farmers' overall quality,promote agricultural development,promote farmers' employment and improve farmers'living standards,becoming a key task in the process of solving the three rural issues in China.This thesis is based on the theory of behavior choice,diversification of social governance,pedal theory and the theory of peasant vocational education.It collects first-hand data through questionnaires and field visits,and then combines quantitative and qualitative analysis.The experience of agricultural skills training in Guigang City pointed out that there are shortages of farmers'training funds in the agricultural technology training programs in Guangxi,the mechanism of training is backward,and the content of training is out of touch with the market.After analysis,the main reasons for the problems are identified.From the subjective concept,the planning awareness of agricultural technology training is weak,and the understanding of the economic benefits of agricultural technology training needs to be improved.The objective reason is the lack of resource allocation and system construction.The aspects are not perfect,the supervision mechanism is imperfect,and the service platform is lacking.After consulting the literature and the conclusions I made through field visits.I proposed the main idea of consolidating and deepening the training model of new farmers in Guangxi.First of all,after clearing the division of responsibilities between the government and the market,we should actively introduce market mechanisms and promote the market within the scope of market.Competition,comprehensively improve the level of farmers' skills training;Secondly,it is necessary to introduce and improve the follow-up work such as supervision and guidance of social-related training institutions,and to be able to carry out training tracking services in real time so that the training system can be developed soundly;Finally,it is necessary to build a corresponding incentive training mechanism and build an agricultural skills training service platform,an electronic information platform,and a technical training service alliance involving one-stop service of seed,raising,teaching,management and sales,and a three-in-one construction management service platform.Continuously optimize the agricultural technology training model to ensure the long-term and efficient implementation of agricultural technology training projects.
