The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is based on the major decisions made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core on the work of"three rural issues".In accordance with the general requirements for industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent living,we will advance the rural revitalization in an orderly manner.In the strategy of rural revitalization,the solution of farmers' vocational education is particularly critical.Only when the vocational education for farmers is done well will the foundation of rural revitalization be strengthened.At the same time,it will help to further enrich and inherit China 's excellent traditional culture.The Chinese nation's great revival of the Chinese dream is of far-reaching significance.Under this background,this article uses literature research methods,comparative research methods,survey research methods and other research methods to select the rural population of Yungang District,Datong City as the survey object,and investigates the current status of vocational education of the rural population,focusing on understanding them Education thoughts,education level,their education needs,and their education and training,on this basis,through field visits and surveys,to summarize the problems in the local rural education,especially vocational education,and combine local traditions Customs and lifestyles analyze the reasons for this,and finally propose corresponding solutions.The article is divided into five parts:The first part of the introduction,mainly elaborating the research background and significance of this article,the current status of research at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,research innovations and difficulties;The second part is to conceptually define some terms involved in this article,including the relationship between rural revitalization strategy,farmer vocational education,rural display strategy and farmer vocational education,briefly discuss Marx exposition of farmer education and the Communist Party of China exposition And use it as a theoretical support for this article;The third part collects data through questionnaire adjustments and case interviews to clarify the situation of Yungang District's rural population receiving education and training and education and training institutions;The fourth part focuses on the problems of low proportion of local farmers receiving education and training and single teaching methods,and further analyzes the deep-seated causes of this phenomenon,including backward educational concepts,lack of teachers,and low investment in education;The fifth part is to propose corresponding improvement measures based on the above content,such as increasing the propaganda of farmers 'education and training,increasing the input of farmers' vocational education,innovating the methods and methods of farmers'vocational education,and improving the relevant guarantee mechanism of farmers' vocational education In order to promote the rural population to participate in the rural revitalization strategy with a higher level of education,to achieve a multiplier effect.
