In this thesis,the 5E teaching mode is combined with the requirements for practical activities in the teaching process in the basic concept of the new curriculum standard,so that the practical research on the biological activity classroom is carried out,and the correlation between the activity classroom and the 5E teaching mode is explored.In view of the practice situation of activity classroom in high school biology class,the research is carried out to analyze the main problems.Besides,the practice effect is analyzed from multiple dimensions,so the effective reference can be provided for the activity classroom teaching of front-line biology teachers.Then,the direction and goal of activities can be clear to them,so as to effectively enhance the teaching effect of biology activity classroom.The literature analysis method is adopted in this thesis to sort out the research results related to the 5E teaching mode.The characteristics of the 5E teaching mode and the biology activity classroom are analyzed to find the coincidence point between the two and determine the theme of this research.The questionnaire survey method is used in the early stage of research to collect the data of students' views and needs of the biology activity classroom under the 5E teaching mode,the survey results are analyzed,the statistics and analysis are also conducted to provide reference for the next teaching design.In the aspect of teaching design,the knowledge points of the activity classroom content suitable for the application of the 5E teaching model in biology textbooks are found,the teaching focus,class hours,activity conditions and other reasons of each class are analyzed,the activity classroom is divided into three types of production,discussion and exchange,and inquiry,and the textbook content of the compulsory course 1 of high school biology in the People's Education Edition is selected to carry out the teaching design of these three types.Three cases are chosen for implementation in the teaching practice.After the completion of the practice,the feedback information of the students is collected.After analyzing the pre-and post-test data of the students in the control class and the experimental class,it is believed that the core literacy level of students has been improved through the learning of the high school biology activity classroom under the5 E teaching mode.According to the results of students' self-assessment and mutual assessment,the significant improvement of students' interest in biology learning can be seen through the learning of biology activity classroom under the 5E teaching mode.Students take the initiative to participate in cooperation and explore problems in the group cooperation practice activities,which have improved their cooperation awareness and exploration ability.At the same time,better change of their problem-solving awareness is found,and their habit of continuous exploration has been gradually formed.The conclusions of this research are drawn as follows based on the comprehensive analysis of students' pre-and post-measurement data,student self-evaluation and mutual evaluation scales,and teacher evaluation scales,such as the great improvement of the core literacy level of students under the 5E teaching mode,the promotion of improving students' classroom performance through the development of biology activity classrooms under the 5E teaching mode,and the updating of the teachers' concept by the teaching design of the biology activity classroom under the 5E teaching mode.
