Practical Research On Biology Teaching In Senior High School Based On "5E" Teaching Model

Under the new curriculum reform environment,the teaching of senior high school biology emphasizes the cultivation of students' core biological literacy.This topic is based on the domestic education environment and the new requirements of the times,and adopts the "5E" teaching mode to carry out high school biology classroom teaching,thus breaking through the key and difficult points of high school biology "heredity and evolution" teaching content.This paper mainly uses literature research,action research,data statistics and so on.Based on the connotation and essence of "5E" teaching mode,some teaching contents of "Genetics and Evolution" in senior high school biology and human education edition were selected,such as "Mendel Pea Hybridization Experiment(1)","Meiosis and Fertilization","Human Genetic Disease","Gene-directed Protein Synthesis" and so on.According to the actual situation of the practice unit,two classes at the same level were selected according to local conditions for a five-month classroom practice study.Classroom observation records were used to observe and analyze students' classroom performance;SPSS Statistics 25.0 data statistics software was used to conduct pre-test and post-test(two post-tests)on students' stage performance,and to analyze students' overall performance at all stages,to memorize class topics,to understand and use class topics.The results show that "5E" teaching mode can promote students' interest in learning and learning effect to a certain extent,at the same time,it can provide practical reference materials for high school students to cultivate their core biological literacy.
