The promulgation of the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Physical Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Teenagers in 2020 requires further deepening the integration of physical education,constantly improving the youth competition system,and promoting the healthy development of teenagers.At the same time,Wang Dengfeng,director of the Department of Physical Health and Arts of the Ministry of Education,pointed out that sports competitions are an important means to drive young people to participate in sports activities.In terms of content,school sports is to "learn,practice frequently and compete regularly",for all students,and make the competition normal.The normalization of competition studied in this paper means that the competition activity gradually turns into a common behavior in school sports work,which can be regularly carried out in sports work,and all young students can actively participate in and learn,which puts forward new challenges to the implementation ability of school sports work.Therefore,the author thinks that it is of great significance to study the normal development of school sports competitions.This paper uses literature data,interview and questionnaire survey,etc.,investigates the current situation of sports competition organization in Hongshan District of Wuhan city,analyzes some difficulties facing its normal development,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,and draws the following conclusions:1.The organization and development of school sports competitions at the present stage:(1)the frequency of the development of projects.Every school will carry out a sports meeting every academic year,including basketball and football frequently.Many schools carry out interesting sports such as broadcast gymnastics and rope skipping,while volleyball,small ball and other competitions have a low frequency,and no school carries out Taijiquan,swimming and other competitions.(2)Student participation.In the process of development,some students have not participated in the competition planning and organization,and have not formed a full participation,and the drive needs to be enhanced.(3)Organization and management.Most schools have competition plans and rules,but in the process of organization and development,principals are mainly assigned according to the project familiarity,the management is relatively arbitrary,and there is a complete and systematic management organization system that is lacking.(4)Conditions and guarantee.In teacher guarantee,most teachers are undergraduate graduates with more than 10 years of teaching age,unbalanced teaching structure and lack of fresh blood injection;not all teachers have received relevant training and uneven teacher quality;some teachers think the school equipment is old and slowly updated;the school,social organizations rarely participate in competition organization and development,insufficient funds,no separate or special economic support.(5)Cognition of school sports competition.School leaders support competitions,but under the baton of the high school entrance examination,sports competition is still on the edge of the school;the teaching content and competition are disconnected;students' incomplete cognition of school sports competition,hindering the normal development of the competition.(6)Construction of competition culture.Teachers explain and orally publicize the cultural knowledge of the competition,and the way of the competition culture publicity is single.2.The difficulties of school sports competitions include: regular projects,uneven project setting,fun and low frequency of emerging projects;single student participation,no full participation;random organization and management of school sports competitions,improved teacher professionalism,lack of teacher policies,imperfect incentive mechanism,weak material support;weak cognitive deviation;single knowledge publicity and weak cultural construction.3.Countermeasures to promote the normalization of competition: improve competition attention,adjust and improve project setting,pay attention to the normal development of school characteristic projects and interesting projects,increase emerging projects such as karate,realize full participation;standardize competition management mechanism,increase the number of teachers,organize regular training and establish assessment system,improve teacher quality,expand fund source channels,enrich competition supply subjects,encourage social forces to participate in competition culture publicity,and promote continuous participation.
