In the new era,the issue that urgently needs to be discussed in the comprehensive development of education is: balanced and coordinated development of "moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education,and labor education",and the implementation of "five educations simultaneously".At present,domestic primary and secondary schools focus on moral and intellectual education to cultivate children's test-taking ability,but ignore the development of students' physical education,aesthetic education,and labor education,resulting in a downward trend in students' physical health and failure to develop correct aesthetic cognition and values.Fitness and bodybuilding has the functions of enhancing physical fitness,shaping bodybuilding,improving body immunity,eliminating negative emotions,cultivating tenacious will,cultivating sentiment,and promoting mental health development.It combines the characteristics of physical education and art,which greatly complements the development of students' physical education and aesthetic education.Objective: This research aims to introduce fitness and bodybuilding-related courses into middle schools,and promote the coordinated development of sports and aesthetic education for middle school students by offering fitness and bodybuilding optional courses.Methods: This research mainly adopts the method of literature data,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics.Retrieve keywords such as "Simultaneous Development of Five Educations","Fitness and Bodybuilding",and "Physical Education Option",and sort out the relevant researches on the simultaneous development of five educations and optional courses of fitness and fitness;some college education experts and middle school teachers discuss the concept and extension of fitness Expert interviews were conducted on the development of simultaneous development of,five education and the establishment of courses related to physical and aesthetic education for middle school students;through relevant questionnaires and susceptibility evaluation scales,students aged15 to 18 in Zaoyang No.Students' opinions on the current physical education classes,their understanding and needs of fitness and bodybuilding,as well as their evaluation and feedback on the teaching of fitness and bodybuilding optional courses;the students of Zaoyang No.7Middle School were tested on physical fitness before and after the fitness and bodybuilding courses,and the results were analyzed.analysis.Results: 1.The school's teachers,venues,equipment and facilities meet the conditions for offering fitness and bodybuilding optional courses,and students and teachers have high evaluations of fitness and bodybuilding teaching.2.The results of the questionnaire reflect that the students generally have a low understanding of fitness and bodybuilding and lack practical experience;most of the students expressed that they have high expectations for the establishment of fitness and bodybuilding optional courses,and prefer a well-proportioned body.Bodybuilding shapes their favorite body;3.After the trial lectures,students have good feedback on the teaching effect.Most of them believe that fitness and bodybuilding have a good impact on athletic ability,mental state,and body shape changes,and increase the weekly exercise demand.quantity.4.Comparison of physical fitness index test results before and after the establishment of fitness and bodybuilding optional classes: the results of sitting forward flexion with flexibility are 18.65 ± 0.34(cm)(before class)and 21.39 ± 0.89(cm)(after class),showing a significant difference(p<0.05);the maximum muscle strength barbell bench press results of strength quality were 29.63±1.23(kg)(before class),35.76±2.56(kg)(after class),showing a significant difference(p<0.05);endurance The 12-minute running results of quality were 2087.51±32.76(m)(before class)and 2309.43±28.79(m)(after class),with no significant difference(p>0.05).The establishment of fitness and bodybuilding optional courses has a significant effect on the improvement of students' flexibility and strength.5.In the susceptibility evaluation scale,it is reflected that the students' overall evaluation of the fitness and bodybuilding option courses to promote the coordinated development of body and aesthetic education is high,and the students' acceptance of fitness and bodybuilding is high.6.Some college education experts and middle school teachers believe that fitness and bodybuilding combines the characteristics of "health" and "beauty",which can meet the development needs of students' physical education and aesthetic education.Conclusions and suggestions: 1.The establishment of fitness and bodybuilding optional courses caters to the current students' interest orientation,solves the problem of unbalanced development of students' physical and aesthetic education,and satisfies the students' comprehensive development of "moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor" five sports.It is necessary to set up fitness and fitness option classes in middle schools.2.The equipment,facilities and venues of the middle school can meet the teaching needs of the fitness and bodybuilding optional courses.Teachers have the ability to carry out fitness and bodybuilding teaching.It is feasible to offer fitness and bodybuilding optional courses in the middle school.3.The optional courses of fitness and fitness have improved the physical health and aesthetic education of students.The optional courses of fitness and fitness are effective in promoting the coordinated development of students' five sports,physical education and aesthetic education.4.The teaching of fitness and bodybuilding optional courses should be based on the actual situation and needs of students,integrate the characteristics of fitness and bodybuilding with middle school physical and aesthetic education teaching,and use flexible and diverse course content(such as: aerobics,fitness yoga,sports games,etc.),Carry out targeted and interesting teaching activities to effectively promote the overall development of students' physical and mental health.
