The curriculum standards under the background of the new era have put forward new requirements for students' ability level,which requires teachers' teaching objectives not to be limited to the simple teaching of knowledge,but also to focus on the cultivation and improvement of students' basic concepts of subjects.The concept of classification is an important method concept in the basic concepts of chemistry.The effective construction of the concept of classification can help students establish the framework of the knowledge system of chemistry and establish a scientific chemical thinking.Combining domestic and foreign literatures,it can be found that there are few studies related to the evaluation of "chemical classification view".The author summarizes the measurement dimension and scope of "chemical classification view" for high school students based on the combing of domestic and foreign literature,and based on Chem Query classification theory.The level of "classification view" is initially divided.After consulting relevant experts,the inappropriate content in the preliminary classification level was revised to obtain a scientific "chemical classification concept" ability level behavior description framework,and based on this framework,a classification concept ability level measurement tool was developed.Winsteps software was used to test the Rasch model fit of the initial measurement data of the measurement tool,and the items with poor fit were modified or deleted,and then a measurement tool for the ability level of high school students' "chemical classification concept" with measurement value was constructed.And use this tool to measure and evaluate the construction level of high school students' classification concept.The results show that:(1)there are differences in the ability level of high school students in different grades of "chemical classification concept",and the proportion of high-level students in the third grade is greater than the proportion of high-level students in the second grade;(2)the development of "chemical classification concept" in different dimensions Unbalanced,the students' ability to classify substances is relatively poor;(3)The average value of the "chemical classification concept" ability of boys is greater than the average of girls,but there is no statistical significance in the level of "chemical classification concept" ability of different genders.(4)The overall level of "chemical classification view" of high school students is still at the middle level,and the overall ability needs to be improved.According to the evaluation results,the author puts forward the following teaching suggestions:(1)Strengthen the construction of the ability of classification view of lower grade students;(2)Balance the development of the ability level of classification view in different dimensions;(3)Carry out the teaching of classification view construction in accordance with aptitude.
