The implementation of health education is in line with the background needs of the development of The Times.Health education is an important part of school physical education teaching,and has an important impact on the physical and mental health development of students.In order to promote the effective implementation of health education in school physical education curriculum,this paper adopts questionnaire survey,literature method,mathematical statistics method,the Xinyang junior middle school physical education and health curriculum into the current situation of the investigation and analysis,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,can for junior middle school physical education and health education to provide certain reference and reference,research conclusion is as follows:1.Xinyang junior high school students and teachers 'cognition of health and health education is better,but students' cognition of scientific and reasonable physical exercise time,only 25.84% of junior high school students think reasonable exercise time is 35 minutes a day,students to the teacher's love of health education knowledge and the frequency of weekly extracurricular exercise has a significant positive correlation,students access to health education knowledge channels has certain limitations.2.Physical education teachers in Xinyang City will integrate the content of health education through different ways in teaching,and there are great differences between the age of teachers and the ways for teachers to integrate into health education knowledge.Teachers have various forms of integration into health education,including watching teaching videos,opening class meetings and taking theoretical classes,with the proportion of more than 60%.Eighty-nine.65% of teachers adopt the teaching method into health education,and 82.75% of teachers adopt the question and answer method into health education.The method of integrating health education into teacher teaching is more traditional,and the method of integrating teachers into health education content has certain limitations.The health education evaluation is conducive to the timely feedback of teachers 'work,which can improve the overall teaching level of teachers,strengthen the school's attention to health education and teaching,and promote the development of school education.3.Xinyang junior high school lack of health education evaluation mechanism and supervision mechanism,only 36.2% of junior high school with health education supervision mechanism,but school safety measures in place,Xinyang junior high schools will set up health care room,provide security for students' health,to a certain extent is conducive to health education better into the teaching.4.Xinyang junior high school leaders do not pay attention to the implementation of health education,and invest too little in physical education.Eighty-eight 1.03 percent of teachers believe that the implementation of health education was blocked due to the lack of attention of school leaders,and 55.17 percent of physical education teachers believe that the insufficient investment in education funds is difficult to meet the teaching needs.Physical education teachers have low status in school and participate in training,resulting in lack of professionalism.5.The main factors affecting the implementation of health education in Xinyang City are:(1)institutional factors: imperfect health education system and imperfect related system;(2)leadership factors: school leaders pay insufficient attention to health education in physical education;(3)teacher factors: insufficient physical education teachers 'own knowledge reserve;(4)student factors: students' understanding of health education and students' attitude towards health education knowledge.6.The main countermeasures to improve the implementation of health education in physical education in Xinyang city are:(1)establish health education supervision mechanism and evaluation system;(2)school leaders pay more attention to health education;(3)physical education teachers strengthen the study of health education knowledge;and(4)improve students' love for health education.
