In October 2016,the Party Central Committee and the State Council issued and implemented the "Health China 2030" planning outline,which was the first time to put forward an action plan to promote the construction of a healthy China from the national level,placing people's health in a strategic position of priority development.In January 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition),proposing to implement the concept of "health first" education and to give priority to students' health.This educational concept echoes the strategic deployment of "Healthy China".However,there is still a significant decline in the physical health of high school students,and the problem is closely related to the implementation of physical education and health curriculum in general high schools.Therefore,this paper uses literature,interview,questionnaire,field survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods to investigate the current situation of physical education and health curriculum implementation in nine high schools in Zhangzhou City,using stratified random sampling,combining the survey of physical education team leaders,physical education teachers and students,in order to improve the effectiveness of physical education and health curriculum implementation in high schools in Zhangzhou City and promote The results of the study showed that:(1)Zhangzhou high school physical education and health curriculum was implemented in a very good way.The results of the study show that:(1)the high schools in Zhangzhou City have a good implementation plan for the high school physical education and health curriculum;(2)a few high schools still have the phenomenon of crowding out the physical education and health curriculum;(3)the educational objectives are not comprehensive enough,not enough attention is paid to health education,the teaching contents are not rich enough,the selection and application of teaching organization and teaching methods need to be innovative,the teaching evaluation is not comprehensive enough,and the students are not involved in the evaluation.(4)The provision of sports venues is average,and a few schools have not replaced old equipment and facilities in time;(5)The provision of physical education teachers needs to be strengthened,professionalism needs to be improved,and the training of health education teachers needs to be strengthened;(6)The overall physical health of high school students is good,but their overall achievement rate is only 8.5%,and the physical health condition still needs to be improved.Their knowledge of physical education and health curriculum and campus physical activities needs to be improved,and their participation in school physical activities is not satisfactory.In response to the above findings,the study makes the following recommendations:(1)reform the concept of education,change the concept of emphasizing intellectual education and neglecting physical education;(2)guarantee the bottom line of class time,open the full range of physical education and health courses;(3)optimize the quality of curriculum teaching,pay attention to the implementation of health education for students through high school physical education and health courses,enrich the teaching content of high school physical education and health courses,reform and innovate the form of teaching organization,teaching methods,teaching(4)update and expand physical education resources,replace old physical education equipment and facilities in a timely manner,and coordinate with schools,families and society to establish joint mechanisms;(5)strengthen the provision of physical education teachers,improve the professionalism of physical education teachers,and attach importance to the training of health education teachers;(6)ensure physical exercise time,and ensure that students engage in at least one hour of campus physical activity every day.
