Research On The Current Situation And Guidance Strategies Of The Struggle Spirit Of University Students In The New Era

The spirit of struggle is a fine tradition of the Chinese nation,an important engine in the century-long history of the Communist Party of China,and a spiritual pillar for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Youth is sharpened by sharpening,and life is sublimated by struggle.Students in the new era are responsible for social development and national rejuvenation,and inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of struggle is the right thing to do.The spirit of struggle of university students in the new era adheres to the political character of classic Marxist writers,is nourished by the great spirit of struggle of the Chinese nation,and is rooted in the century-long struggle of the Communist Party of China,and its connotation mainly includes the spirit of dedication to bear heavy responsibilities and defy hardships,the spirit of hard work and perseverance,the spirit of hard work and perseverance,and the spirit of innovation to break through barriers and innovate.The spirit of hard work,perseverance and hard work,the spirit of innovation and breaking through barriers,and the spirit of innovation,which embodies the subject and the specificity of the times,is practical,contemporary,comprehensive and arduous.Guiding university students in the new era to enhance the spirit of struggle is an inevitable requirement for advancing the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,a real need to achieve the all-round development of university students,and a source of strength for inheriting the Chinese spirit.How to inherit and carry forward the spirit of struggle in the new era is a major test for the new-age college students who grew up in the peaceful era and have increasingly abundant material life.This study conducted a survey on college students in a university in Shaanxi through a self-made questionnaire on the current situation of the striving spirit of college students in the new era,and used SPSS 26.0 software to conduct statistical and regression analysis on the factors affecting the current situation of the striving spirit of college students in the new era.The statistical results show that the current situation of the striving spirit of college students has problems such as weak ideal of striving,weak will power of hard work and practical work,poor matching of cognition and practice and insufficient motivation of innovation.The regression analysis shows that the independent variables of political outlook and whether or not poor students have a file have a significant effect on the dimension of dedication,which shows a positive correlation;the independent variables of grade,political outlook,family location,part-time social work and poor students have a significant effect on the dimension of striving spirit,which shows a positive correlation;the independent variables of student cadres,political outlook,family location and whether or not part-time social work have a significant effect on the dimension of practical work,which shows a positive correlation;the independent variables of major,political outlook,family location and whether or not part-time social work have a positive correlation.The independent variables of major and gender have a significant effect on the dimension of innovative spirit,showing a positive correlation.Therefore,from the implementation of the mission of moral education to build a school nurturing ground,the cultivation of labor education practice to forge the foundation of youthful struggle,the strengthening of family education and family style education,the practical responsibility of family education,the stimulation of students' main body consciousness,the importance of role model demonstration and leadership,the creation of social opinion atmosphere,the realization of cooperation of multiple subjects,to guide the new era of college students to carry forward the spirit of struggle,enhance the skills of struggle,and actively integrate into the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.We will guide students in the new era to carry forward the spirit of struggle,strengthen their striving skills and actively integrate into the historical journey of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
