The report of the 18 th CPC National Congress pointed out that " Foster character and civic virtue " is the fundamental task of education.It is required that every educator should put " Foster character and civic virtue " in the first place of educational activities.School education is an important carrier to implement morality and cultivate people.As one of the important subjects in senior high school,geography not only has rich scientific knowledge,but also has a unique educational function.Therefore,the research on the teaching strategy of implementing the fundamental task of Foster character and civic virtue in senior high school geography can provide new educational ideas and methods for senior high school geography teaching,so as to promote the allround development of students.Through a large number of literature research,this paper expounds the research background and significance.Based on the analysis and summary of the current research on the connotation,practical significance and implementation strategies of cultivating people,according to Maslow’s five demand levels theory,starting from the needs of the all-round development of students’ morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor,the formation mainly includes cognitive value Moral value and aesthetic value of the three aspects of the high school geography science talent content system.According to the content system of high school geography,taking the compulsory module of the new high school geography textbook of the people’s education edition as the content text,this paper combs out the elements of establishing morality and cultivating people in the compulsory section,so as to provide a reference basis for determining the value of establishing morality and cultivating people in the geography textbook.At the same time,in the form of questionnaire survey and interview survey,it is found that the current high school geography discipline does not pay enough attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive thinking ability and geographical practice ability in terms of cognitive value;For moral value,it still stays in the cultivation of shallow consciousness,and does not completely internalize in the heart and externalize in the form;In the cultivation of aesthetic value,the lack of awareness of exploring the internal mechanism of geographical things makes it difficult to realize aesthetic transfer.In addition,through the collection and analysis of existing teaching cases,we can get the Enlightenment of implementing the teaching strategy of Foster character and civic virtue in high school geography teaching from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching ideas,teaching methods and teaching tools.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research,content analysis and current situation analysis,this paper condenses the teaching strategies of implementing the fundamental task of Foster character and civic virtue in senior high school geography,and puts forward teaching strategies such as time-space coupling,problem driving and unit teaching in the realization of cognitive value;In the aspect of moral value,it discusses the teaching strategies such as role-playing,moral discussion and enriching homework;In the realization of moral value,it expounds the teaching strategies of seeking the source of knowledge and reason and cultural pursuit.During the internship,the proposed teaching strategy is applied to senior high school geography classroom teaching,and the teaching process and teaching effect are discussed in detail to support the feasibility of teaching strategy.
