National security bears on the survival and development of a country and affects people's stable life.Only when national security is guaranteed can a country develop and progress and its people be happy.To enhance citizens' awareness of national security needs to strengthen national security education in the whole society.In September 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Guidelines for National Security Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools,explicitly requiring that national security education be included in all sections of national education and run through the whole process of personnel training.Primary and middle school students are the reserve force and fresh blood for the construction of the motherland.Compared with primary and middle school students,high school students have more mature thinking,stronger ability to participate in social practice,more opportunities,and are more likely to face the value judgment and choice related to national security.Ideological and political course is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of moral education.Ideological and political course must play the role of the main channel of national security education in school.Therefore,to explore how to effectively carry out national security education in high school ideological and political courses is not only of guiding significance to enhance the national security awareness and ability of high school students,but also to provide scientific and effective suggestions for the orderly and progressive development of national security education in each learning section.It is of great significance to carry out the party's educational policy,to form the joint force of national security education in the whole society,and to ensure the long-term stability of the country.This paper mainly consists of four parts.The first part discusses the connotation and significance of national security education,clarifies that the overall view of national security is the core of national security education,and highlights the educational value of national security education.In the second part,the questionnaire is designed with middle and high school students as the main body,and ideological and political teachers in each school section are interviewed.In the comparative analysis,the development status,existing problems and causes of national security education in ideological and political classes in high schools are explored,so as to provide realistic basis for further strategic research.The third part,based on the analysis of the cause of the problem,in a high school education classroom teaching as the center,and from the integration of design,teaching staff,teaching three aspects obtains,to explore integrated horizon,high school education courses,the realization of the national security education path for the national security education smoothly to provide new ideas and new methods.The fourth part,on the basis of the previous discussion and analysis of this study,takes the course "Carry forward The Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture and National Spirit" as an example to design the effective implementation of national security education in ideological and political courses,so as to provide practical teaching reference for front-line teachers.
