Physics exercises are an important part of physics teaching.Proper use of physics exercises can help students consolidate and activate their knowledge and effectively improve their ability to analyze and solve problems.But in the current high school physics teaching process,because of the number and type of physics exercises more and more,so that the students in the "sea of physics questions" tired to run,greatly affected the enthusiasm of students to learn physics.Therefore,this paper applies Bloom's classification of cognitive goals to the optimization research of high school physics exercises,hoping to better play the positive role of physics exercises in the teaching process.First of all,a questionnaire survey is carried out on teachers and students from three aspects:their understanding of exercise teaching,their performance in exercise teaching and the effect of exercise teaching.Through the analysis of the investigation and statistics,it is found that there are some problems in the current teaching process of physics exercises in senior high school,such as the lack of fit between the exercises selected and students' development level,the lack of divergent thinking in the process of solving exercises,and the lack of summary and induction degree of exercises.Secondly,based on Bloom's classification of cognitive objectives,this paper divides the high school physics exercises into six cognitive levels: memory,understanding,application,analysis,evaluation and creation,and puts forward corresponding teaching methods and means.Next,under the guidance of cognitive objective classification theory,reasonable optimization is carried out on the formulation of teaching objectives,the design of teaching activities,the selection and explanation of exercises,and the evaluation and reflection of teaching in the process of physics teaching,and its effectiveness and feasibility are verified in teaching practice.Finally,through teaching practice,through the form of grade analysis and after-class interview,it is found that the optimized teaching form can improve the accuracy of setting teaching objectives,make the design of teaching activities more hierarchical,exercise selection and explanation more typical and targeted,and then carry out teaching evaluation more effectively.Practice has proved that this study can effectively improve the efficiency of physics teaching,promote the improvement of students' cognitive level and the development of their basic abilities,and better play the positive role of physics exercises.At the same time,I hope this research can provide help for physics teachers in physics exercise teaching and enrich the research of exercise teaching in physics teaching.
