| Deep learning is an important practical way to promote the development of students’ core literacy and implement curriculum standards.In the cultivation,the comprehensive quality of learners in the new era cannot be separated from the process of deep learning.Introducing deep learning in high school chemistry teaching,can enhance students’ understanding of the nature of knowledge,help students develop chemical high-order thinking.Elemental compounds are an important learning content of middle school chemistry and have important teaching value.Promoting students’ deep learning of elemental compounds can make students’ chemistry learning achieve better results,which is an inevitable requirement for the implementation of chemical core literacy.However,in practical teaching,the teaching and learning of the elemental compounds are limited to the memorization and recitation of knowledge,and lack of linkage with concepts and principles,resulting in difficult teaching for teachers and difficult learning for students.Therefore,in order to better play the teaching value of elemental compounds knowledge,it is necessary to carry out in-depth teaching of elemental compounds.This study contains the following five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,literature review,research purpose and significance and research methods.The second part is the concept definition and theoretical basis,which respectively expounds the concepts of deep learning,deep learning teaching design and chemical deep learning,and takes constructivism theory and situational cognition and metacognitive theory as the theoretical basis of this study.The third part is compiling a questionnaire to investigate the deep learning levels of students,based on the realization process of deep learning in the field of education and the characteristics of chemistry.As a result,it is found that the level of chemistry deep learning of the students in the first year of high school is generally not high,and the ability development in various dimensions are unbalanced.Among them,the knowledge transfer ability and meta-cognitive ability is the weakest,which shows that it is necessary to improve students’ deep learning level in chemistry.The fourth part is the teaching design of element compound deep learning,which puts forward the general process of chemical deep learning teaching design,including five steps:establishing deep learning theme,establishing deep learning goals,creating deep learning situation,designing deep learning activities and carrying out deep learning evaluation.Based on this process,combining the characteristics of elemental compounds knowledge,the in-depth teaching design of "chlorine and its compounds" and "iron and its compounds" is completed.The fifth part is the teaching practice of element compound deep learning,choosing the "iron and its compounds" in-depth teaching design for teaching implementation.Through the analysis of students’ classroom performance and grades,it is demonstrated that the application of the deep teaching design practice can promote students’ understanding and application of knowledge,promote students’ deep learning,and improve students’ chemistry grades.Based on the teaching practice,this study puts forward teaching strategies to promote the deep learning of elemental compounds.The first strategy is to guide students to have a deep experience by creating a real problem situation.The second strategy is to guide students to explore in depth through carefully designed learning activities.The third strategy is to carry out multiple evaluation continuously to achieve the effect of guiding students to reflect deeply.This study demonstrates the educational value and feasibility of deep learning in chemistry teaching from both theoretical analysis and practical research.At the same time,On the basis of refining the teaching design process of deep learning,the deep learning teaching design of "chlorine and its compounds" and "iron and its compounds" was conducted,and the teaching practice was conducted.Based on the teaching practice,the teaching strategy to promote the deep learning of element compounds is put forward,which provides useful research ideas for subsequent researchers,and also provides a teaching reference for front-line teachers. |
