Kindergarten-based curriculum is an important part of kindergarten curriculum.The generation process of kindergarten-based curriculum is also the process of curriculum creation by kindergarten teachers.In this process,According to children's interests and needs,teachers' ability to observe and record,learn and use,resource integration and use,cooperation and communication,evaluation and reflection,innovation and adaptability are kindergarten teachers' ability to create kindergart-based curriculum.The improvement of kindergarten teachers' creativity in kindergarten curriculum is conducive to the development of kindergarten curriculum,the sublimation of teachers' professional quality,and the all-round development of children.Therefore,this research designed "the kindergarten teacher this course creation ability" questionnaire,to implement garden 420 kindergarten teachers as the research object of this course,the garden creation ability present situation investigation of this course,the results found that:(1)the kindergarten teachers garden this class creation ability of the overall score and score of six structure dimensions are still in the average level,the better.(2)The background variables of kindergarten teachers,such as post,Record of formal schooling,teaching age,graduation major,kindergarten location and kindergarten level,have significant influence on individual dimensions of kindergarten teachers' curricular creativity.In addition,18 kindergarten teachers who implemented the kindergarten-based curriculum were interviewed to analyze the factors affecting the kindergarten-based curriculum creation ability of kindergarten teachers.It is concluded that kindergarten teachers' kindergarten-based curriculum creation ability is influenced by internal factors such as work pressure,professional maturity,position empowerment,position identity,teacher sensitivity,self-efficacy and external factors such as children's physical and mental development characteristics,kindergarten curriculum characteristics,material support,and colleague relationship.Among them,the internal factors of work pressure,professional maturity and external factors of children's physical and mental development characteristics are the three most important factors that affect the kindergarten teachers' kindergart-based curriculum creation ability.Based on the above research,this study puts forward the following suggestions from both teachers and kindergartens :(1)teachers maintain positive professional affection and enhance the autonomy of curriculum participation;(2)Teachers learn professional knowledge and ability,condense courses to create wisdom;(3)Teachers update the curriculum concept and grasp the characteristics of kindergarten curriculum;(4)The park creates a cultural atmosphere of cooperation and mutual assistance to gather teachers' efforts;(5)The kindergarten establishes a course guarantee mechanism to promote the professional development of teachers.
