Since the founding of New China,great achievements have been made in music education in primary and middle schools in our country.With the continuous development of quality education,music teaching in primary and middle schools has gradually changed from focusing on the basic knowledge of music and singing learning to the cultivation of students' multiple abilities.The demand for innovative talents in today's society and the concept of "encouraging music creation" in the "Music Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)" formulated by the Ministry of Education have made music creation teaching more and more important.This paper takes the implementation of music creation teaching in primary and middle schools as the breakthrough point,and conducts a field investigation in Shangqiu City,Henan Province,trying to find the problems and causes of local music creation teaching in the investigation,and put forward reasonable countermeasures.The article is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction,which discusses the reason of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,research characteristics and methods;the second chapter is a theoretical overview of music creation teaching,clarifying the concept,teaching content,status and significance of music creation teaching in primary and middle schools;the third chapter,the implementation status and existing problems of music creation teaching in primary and middle schools,conduct a field investigation on the current situation of music creation and teaching in primary and middle schools,briefly describe the survey objects,list and analyze the content of the questionnaire survey and teacher interviews,finally sorted out the problems existing in the teaching of music creation in primary and middle schools;the fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the problems in the teaching of music creation in primary and middle schools,by summarizing the existing problems in the teaching of music creation in primary and middle schools,it analyzes from the four aspects of society,schools,teachers and students;the fifth chapter,the improvement countermeasures and measures for existing problems,put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions based on the theoretical research and current situation investigation and analysis of music creation teaching in primary and middle schools.
