The promulgation of the new high school curriculum standards and the college entrance examination evaluation system puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of students' core quality.How to effectively improve the core quality of students in the teaching process is a question that the majority of front-line educators are thinking and exploring.As a professional program to record students' learning process,the academic record can not only help students better master knowledge,apply knowledge,and timely achieve the consistency of teaching evaluation,but also reflect each element of the core quality of the subject in the design process,and provide a good interactive way for the teaching process,so as to meet the requirements of the college entrance examination.Based on this,the author designed a biology diploma case based on core literacy training in combination with the actual situation during the educational internship,and carried out a practice test in teaching,so as to explore the influence of diploma case on students' core discipline literacy.This paper adopts three research methods,namely literature analysis,investigation and educational experiment,to explore the practice of the integration of core literacy and academic record in high school biology teaching.Step 1: Through the analysis of relevant literature,understand the research status of core literacy and degree case,and find out the space for further research;Step 2: Design an interview outline for teachers and a questionnaire survey for students;Step 3: To explore the views and understanding of the teachers of the internship school on the education plan in the form of interviews,and on this basis,to invite some teachers of the biology group of Grade 1 to participate in the preparation of the education plan;Step 4: Determine the experimental object and conduct the experiment.The experimental process is divided into three parts: 1.The pretest results are analyzed,and two classes with no obvious difference are taken as a group of experimental objects: one class adopts the education plan teaching,and the other class adopts the traditional teaching method.2.In the teaching process,students' learning in a certain period of time can be judged by regularly checking their homework after class and counting the correct rate of questions,so as to adjust the teaching plan in time.3.After the experiment,SPSS software was used to conduct statistical analysis of the post-test results,and the results showed that there were significant differences between the two groups of experimental class and control class(p<0.05),the teaching method of academic record based on core literacy can effectively promote students' learning effect.Step 5: Visit teachers again to understand their views on the application of diploma plans in teaching after the preparation of diploma plans.At the same time,conduct a survey of students in the experimental class in the form of questionnaires to understand whether the use of diploma plans in teaching is helpful for them to grasp learning objectives,important and difficult points,etc.The sixth step is to analyze the experimental data and draw a conclusion.The conclusion is as follows: the teaching practice of high school biology diploma plan based on core accomplishment is helpful to the improvement of students' learning ability,the cultivation of students' core accomplishment of the subject,and the achievement of the examination standards of the college entrance examination evaluation system.
