Study On Optimization Strategy Of Endogenous Moral Education Environment In Middle School Campus

Middle school students are not only the receptors of the campus environment,they also take an ownership role in the campus environment.But in the pluralistic society,the middle school moral education environment has to face greater threats.How to deal with the new challenges and what strategies to adopt have become the focus of education theory and practice.In this paper,by analyzing the present situation of endogenous moral education environment in middle school campus and taking optimizing moral education environment as the starting point to carry out school moral education research,we can further expand the scope of moral education research and have certain reference value to perfect moral education theory.This paper consists of four chapters,including the original intention of the topic selection,the research method and the final conclusion.The author fully read the domestic and foreign research materials on moral education environment and define the relevant core concepts.The first part of the text first introduces the factors of endogenous moral education environment in middle school campus,and defines the concepts of spiritual environment,system environment,material environment,knowledge environment,behavior environment and so on.The second part expounds the influencing mechanism of endogenous moral education environment in middle school campus,and explains the complexity of influencing factors,the diversity of influencing ways,the whole process of influencing time and space,and the profoundness of influencing results.Then through the way of in-depth school,the investigation and interview of teachers and students,the real study of the current situation of moral education environment construction in middle schools,the investigation results show that the moral education environment there is a comprehensive educational culture atmosphere is not obvious,system implementation lack of democracy,failed to reflect regional characteristic campus construction and teaching facilities,the interpersonal conflict between students and teachers.The fourth part puts forward the strategy to optimize the moral education environment.In the aspect of institutional environment,the humanistic care of management norms should be demonstrated.In terms of material environment,the regional culture of campus style is highlighted.In the aspect of knowledge environment,it demonstrates the ethical pursuit of course teaching;In the aspect of behavior environment,it demonstrates the harmonious progress of interpersonal communication.
