The lower grades of elementary school are the basic stage of compulsory education and are the beginning of students' learning in formal schools.The lower grades of elementary school class teachers are the organizers and managers of class activities and the main body of class work.The thesis firstly analyzes the current situation of the work pressure of the low-grade head teachers of Hangzhou C Primary School through questionnaire surveys and interviews.According to the survey status,the work of the low-grade head teachers of Hangzhou C Primary School is indeed under pressure;In-depth analysis of the causes of work pressure;finally,based on the current situation of the work pressure of the primary school's lower-grade head teacher,measures to relieve the pressure are proposed.According to the definition of the core concept of class teacher's work pressure,this paper analyzes the work pressure of junior class teachers in Hangzhou C primary school.The work pressure of junior class teachers in Hangzhou C primary school mainly comes from students,parents,schools,society and teachers themselves.Students' factors include:Students' lack of personal autonomy and weak self safety awareness;parents' factors include:parents' lack of professional education knowledge and differences in home school education concepts;school factors include: unreasonable division of labor in schools and school assessment system needs to be improved;social factors include: unclear social orientation of class teacher's work,and the protection of teachers' laws and regulations needs to be strengthened;teachers' self-protection needs to be strengthened The factors are: the head teacher's own work efficiency is low,the head teacher's own pressure ability is low.Based on the analysis of the work status of the lower-grade class teacher of Hangzhou C Primary School,this paper explores measures to relieve pressure for the lower-grade class teacher of Hangzhou C Primary School from the five dimensions of students,parents,school,society and the class teacher.From the student level: to cultivate student habits and strengthen safety measures to improve students' self-discipline and safety awareness;from the parent level: parents are advised to learn educational experience and accumulate educational experience;to clarify the educational goals and cooperate with the head teacher's management;from the school level: it is recommended that the school arrange reasonable arrangements Work tasks of the class teacher,improve the assessment system for the junior class teacher in elementary school;from the social level: it is recommended to increase the salary of the junior class teacher in the elementary school to reduce the unreasonable expectations of the class teacher;promote the respect of teachers and reshape the social image of the class teacher;finally,from the level of the head teacher : It is recommended that the head teacher of the lower grades of Hangzhou C Primary School actively participate in the training to improve management ability;relax the body and mind and relieve work pressure.
