In recent years,the frequent changes of vocational schools and the rapid expansion of students has caused a great impact to the secondary vocational school teachers.Heavy teaching tasks,strict school management and so on are easily lead to negative emotions of secondary vocational school teachers.In the past,many researchers have also studied the work pressure of teachers,but their research object are mostly primary and secondary school teachers or teachers in colleges and universities.In this paper,we will select middle vocational teachers in Wuhan,study their working pressure,try to draw up work stress source questionnaire to find out the main sources of work stress.Based on the summary of previous literatures and the results of in-depth interviews with 12 teachers,the author has compiled a preliminary questionnaire.After the analysis of the items,related analysis,the final form of a formal questionnaire containing 30 projects.Analyze the questionnaire datas,the results are as follows:Project Analysis:Through the project analysis and the total correlation analysis,the results show that the questionnaire has a good distinction.Content validity analysis:By reading a large number of documents,interviewing with the secondary vocational school teachers,the questionnaires were assessed by professionals.The results showed that the questionnaire was in accordance with the requirements of psychometrics and had good content validity.Structural validity analysis:First,make linear analysis to the questionnaire,do factor analysis,the questionnaire extracts six factors,variance contribution rate is 85.255%,each subscale and the total scale showed a high degree of correlation between the various subscales.Each subscale has relatively independent and moderate correlation.Reliability analysis:the reliability coefficient of the whole scale is 0.953,and the reliability coefficient of each sub-scale is above 0.704,which shows the scale is reliable.The formal questionnaire’s results were as follows:Teachers’ stress have significant differences in age,marital status and job position,there is no significant difference in gender and educational level.Workload,school management,and job security place the greatest stress on teachers,followed by personal development,and student management.The stress intensity of interpersonal relationship is low.Through the analysis and discussion of the results,the author make a suggestion from the school and individual two aspects to ease the pressure of some suggestions.
