Research On The Cultural Construction Of The Class System In The Lower Grades Of Elementary Schools

In recent years,“class system culture construction” is the focus of school culture construction.Especially with the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,the class culture,as an important part of school culture,which takes the students as the center and improves the students' personal quality as the purpose,has been paid more and more attention by the majority of educators.The formation and development of class culture is not only closely related to the improvement of classroom teaching quality,but also directly affects the physical and mental development of students.The construction of class system culture is particularly important for the students who just leave the kindergarten and enter into the lower grades of primary school.In the past,most of the research related to class culture is from the macro level,mainly focus on the aspects of material culture,spiritual culture,institutional culture,behavior culture,etc.This paper takes the cohesion study of the class system culture construction in primary school,more specifically,and the research object is the class system culture construction in lower grades of primary school.This study adopts literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey and experience summary.On the basis of literature research,through the practical experience of the researcher's engaging in the work of the head teacher,as well as the investigation of the existing cases of the construction of the class system culture,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the class system culture in the lower grades of the primary school.From this point,combined with practical experience in the construction of class system culture,this piece of work puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the construction of the current primary school lower grades class system culture,in order to avoid the errors and improve the deficiencies in the construction of the primary school lower grades class system culture,and then improve the effect of the construction of the primary school lower grades class system culture.This paper is divided into four parts as follows:The first part is introduction,explaining the origin of this study,the significance of the study,the current situation of the study on the construction of class culture at home and abroad,the research ideas and the methods adopted by the research.The second part is the current situation of the class system culture construction of the lower grades class in the S school in Guang'an.In this part,there is a brief introduction of the reality of the S school in Guang'an City and the campus culture of the S school in Guang'an City,expounding the elements of class culture,and through interviews and questionnaires,understands the current situation of class system culture construction of s School of Guang'an City.In the third part,the problems and attribution analysis of the cultural construction of the lower grades class system in the S school of Guang'an City are the main focus.This study believes that the main problems in the construction of the system and culture of the lower grades classes in the S school of Guang'an City are inadequate understanding and system defects,and analyzes the causes of these problems in detail.The fourth part is a study on the strategy of the construction of the system culture of the lower grades class in primary school.In view of the problems existing in the construction of the class system culture in the lower grades of Guang'an S school,through the above analysis and the author's teaching practice,this study puts forward the following solutions: first,we should take actions to improve the ideological understanding and clarify the significance and goal of the construction of the class system culture.Second,more attention needs to be paid to strengthen the main position of the lower grades' students and mobilize their enthusiasm to participate in the construction of class system culture.Third,we need to improve the system and ensure the cultural construction of the class system.
