Middle school is an important period for the rapid development of people's physical qualities.The development of middle school physical education curriculum is to improve middle school students' physical qualities and physical skills.Therefore,cultivating middle school students' Sports literacy at the middle school stage can make middle school students more active in sports teaching activities,gradually develop good sports habits,and finally achieve the goal of lifelong sports.Taking the sports literacy of middle school students in Taiyuan as the research object,this paper uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to select six middle schools in Taiyuan for field investigation.Through the investigation and Research on the front-line teachers and students of No.61 middle school,No.15 middle school,Yuying middle school,No.1 middle school in Xiaodian District,experimental middle school in Jinyuan District and No.1 middle school in Jiancaoping District in Taiyuan,this paper analyzes the current situation of sports literacy of middle school students in Taiyuan,and finds that the lack of sports literacy of middle school students in Taiyuan is relatively serious.First of all,they lack the knowledge of physical exercise and physical health care.95.57% of the middle school students in Taiyuan basically tend to the national physical health standard in terms of physical fitness;In the face of emergency sprain,only 65.52% of middle school students choose cold compress for emergency treatment.Secondly,the sports awareness is relatively weak.Although most middle school students are willing to participate in sports,29.49% of middle school students participate in sports in order to cope with the test.Thirdly,the sports time of middle school students is short and mainly concentrated in recess and holidays,which has not been normalized.Finally,in terms of skills,only 12.08% of middle school students can fully master the sports skills they have learned,and the mastery of sports skills is relatively single.In addition,the development of sports moral behavior among middle school students is unbalanced,and the correct values have not been formed.According to the research,the reasons for the above phenomena are as follows:there are few teaching activities related to sports knowledge under "exam oriented education";School sports facilities are not perfect;Wrong guidance of public opinion on "sports safety";The influencing factors of middle school students' sports participation are complex.Therefore,the following suggestions are put forward: the school should earnestly implement the relevant national policies and regulations,ensure the learning time of middle school students' physical education courses and physical education knowledge,create a good campus sports culture,and improve the school sports facilities;Teachers should actively improve their own sports literacy level and change the inherent teaching mode;Promote the construction of community sports,enhance parents' understanding of sports,improve parents' recognition of the importance of sports,and increase family based sports activities.
