As the reformation of a new round of primary sport course and the development of quality education thought, the sports circle redefines the functions of sports skill teaching, which refers to the core content of PE teaching and the carrier to realize the target of five fields. The main purpose of skill teaching is to promote the human development in every facet. However, our present teaching attached importance top of teaching effect and efficiency, which is contrary to the requirements of education for all-around development and the conception of modern effective teaching idea. The modern effective teaching idea that we pursuit is emphasis the "benefit" based on teaching effectiveness and efficiency. In the other word, the modern teaching idea will satisfy the social and personal value demands. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the sports skills effectively and improve effective sports skill teaching strategies.This paper utilizes the literature material method, questionnaire survey, expert interview, logic analysis, mathematical statistics etc, scientific methods research the present sports skill teaching among Taiyuan junior middle school and open out some deficiencies exists in sports skill teaching and some negative factors which influenced its development. Finally, it put forward some suggestions aim at the problems. Following is the study results:The present situation of sports skill teaching:The mainly sports skills projects we developed is the projects with succession and stability but lack of time spirit and leading consciousness. Teaching organization form is more simple and casual.The purpose of sports skill teaching is not too clear. In teaching process, there exists maladjusted phenomenon between teachers' dominant and the student themselves.Their teaching method is mainly with direct perception and physical exercises and lack of cultivating students' subjectivity and initiative, etc.Cognitive situation of effective teaching of sports skill:In this problem, most teachers are still hold the idea in behavioral learning theory, which emphasize a pure biological concept "stimulate-reaction-reinforcement", while seldom of them would understand and grasp the concept of sports skill use constructivism and cognitive ideas. In the contrary, they mastered the effective teaching concept more profound, and for the cognition of the judgment standard effective teaching is also deepening, such transform is from the evaluation standard of single test scores to the "three-dimensional object".The usage of three kinds of effective teaching:Through the analysis, we find that there are more than 80 percent of PE teachers of junior high school in Taiyuan used several methods, such as "studying first, teaching last", "teaching first, studying last" and "meaningful approach". But most of them use occasionally not often. The factors we restrict sports skills effective teaching are mainly embodied in opposition division between teachers' leading and students' subjective.In the view of the above sports skill teaching condition, the author puts forward some improvement suggestions:firstly, junior high school PE teachers should transform not only the recognize of sports skill teaching in thought, but also reflect in the sports skill teaching practice. Secondly, based on the junior high school students' physical and mental characteristics and five developed requests of "physical education and health standard course", the PE teachers should select and arrange relative sports skill teaching contents. Thirdly, according to the school material resources, teaching objectives, quantity of teacher and student, teachers' professional level, nature of courses and characteristics of sports skills project, teaching object, PE teachers should choose rational teaching organization form. Fourth, in the use of teaching method, PE teachers should combine the traditional teaching methods and methods that can develop and guide students' subjective. Fifth, education system should strengthen in Taiyuan junior high school PE teachers' re-education and re-training in order to improve the comprehensive quality and professional skills of PE teachers. Sixth, in the teaching process, we should avoid opposition segmentation phenomenon between teachers domination and students subjective, emphasize the teacher leading combined with students' subjective, and strengthening the contact of teaching theory and practice. Seventh, following the "people-oriented", we should bring the dominant index (such as sports techniques, skills, etc) and recessive index (such as sports values, attitudes, interests and ability, etc.) into sports skill effective teaching evaluation standard system, construct the effective evaluation system of sports skills combination of dominant and recessive index. Finally, we will band the explicit and implicit evaluation, processes and results evaluation, the start evaluation and progress evaluation together to implement the sports skill teaching.
