Since the Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards of Regular Senior High School(Version 2017)was issued,the cultivation of sports morality has become the key teaching points of school physical education.The senior high school students have realized they’re an individual and have the ability of independent judgment,the physical education teachers and peers are important for senior high school students with sport specialty and their effect cannot be underestimated.This paper studied and analyzes relationship between leadership behavior of physical education teachers and sports morality of senior high school students with sport specialty,discusses the mediating effect of peer relationship of students with sport specialty,analyzes the influencing factors of sports morality of students with sport specialty and puts forward the specific optimization strategy on this basis to provide reference and basis for improving the sports morality of senior high school students with sport specialty.With the relationship between the leadership behavior of physical education teacher and the sports morality of senior high school students with sport specialty and the intermediary role of peer relationship as the object of study,the questionnaire survey,interviewing method and mathematical statistics for exploration are mainly used in this paper.The results indicate that:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between variables of physical education teacher leadership behavior,sports morality of senior high school students with sport specialty and peer relationship(P < 0.01).(2)The physical education teacher’s management behavior can positively predict the sports morality,sportsmanship and sports character of senior high school students with sport specialty(P < 0.05).(3)The physical education teacher’s social support behavior and management behavior,management behavior and appreciation behavior as well as management behavior and communication behavior can positively predict the help and companion,affirmation value and trust and respect of peers of senior high school students with sport specialty(P < 0.05).(4)The help and companion and affirmation value,help and companion,affirmation value and conflict and betrayal as well as affirmation value,conflict and betrayal and trust and respect of the peers of senior high school students with sport specialty can positively predict their sports morality,sportsmanship and sports character(P < 0.05).(5)The peer relationship has a mesomeric effect between leadership behavior of physical education teachers and sports morality of senior high school students with sport specialty and the effect value is 37%.The peer relationship plays a complete intermediary role between physical education teacher’s teaching and training behavior,social support behavior,appreciation behavior and communication behavior and sports morality of senior high school students with sport specialty;it plays a complete intermediary role between the physical education teacher’s appreciation behavior and the sportsmanship of senior high school students with sport specialty;it plays a complete intermediary role between the physical education teacher’s teaching and training behavior,social support behavior,management behavior,appreciation behavior and communication behavior and the sports character of senior high school students with sport specialty.The conclusions are as follows:(1)There is a significant positive correlation among physical education teacher’s leadership behavior,sports morality of senior high school students with sport specialty and peer relationship.(2)The physical education teacher’s management behavior is the best variable for positively predicting the sports morality,sportsmanship and sports character of senior high school students with sport specialty;(3)The physical education teacher’s social support behavior,appreciation behavior and communication behavior are the optimal variables for positively predicting the helping and companion,affirmation value as well as trust and respect in each factor of the peer relationship of senior high school students with sport specialty;(4)The affirmation value in each factor of the peer relationship of senior high school students with sport specialty is the optimal variable for positively predicting their sports morality,sportsmanship and sports character.(5)The peer relationship plays a partial intermediary role between the physical education teacher’s leadership behavior and the sports morality of senior high school students with sport specialty,and there are 10 full mediation paths between leadership behavior of physical education teacher and sports morality of senior high school students with sport specialty in terms of each dimension. |
