Vocational colleges are encouraged to deepen the integration of industry and education,actively promote the reform of talent training mode by using modern information technology to meet the diversified learning needs of vocational college students,and promote the new form of "Internet +" education.Secondary vocational education is an important part in the field of education,but it is easy to be ignored and marginalized in the research field.Music is also a compulsory course for secondary vocational preschool education,which is one of the contents that secondary vocational preschool education students must master.This paper takes this as the background,takes the relevant research of secondary vocational music teaching design as the basis,takes the students of secondary vocational preschool education as the research object,carries out the organization and practice of information-based teaching design,and explores the innovation and practical research of secondary vocational music classroom teaching design under the background of educational informatization.The article includes four aspects: introduction,theoretical basis and practical basis,design and case application of information-based teaching,research conclusion and prospect.The first part of the introduction includes three contents: firstly,it discusses from three aspects: the expectation of national vocational education,the requirements of improving secondary vocational music teaching level and the internal needs of teachers' professional development.Secondly,it combs and analyzes the research status at home and abroad from the problems existing in information-based teaching design to information-based teaching design,and then to the application of informationbased teaching design This paper analyzes the teaching facilities,teaching mode and information technology means,puts forward the research problems of the article,and then discusses the theoretical and practical value of the research.This paper studies through the methods of literature research,investigation,action research and case study.The second part is the theoretical basis and practical basis: firstly,it expounds the definition and theory of relevant core concepts such as educational informatization and information-based teaching design,and provides a theoretical basis for the feasibility of music information-based teaching design in secondary vocational schools according to the theories of constructivism,multiple intelligences,mixed learning,autonomous learning and "Recent Development Zone",and then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of music teaching in secondary vocational schools,This paper summarizes the advantages of introducing information-based teaching design,such as clearer goal,more optimized situation and more effective solution to teaching difficulties,and discusses the necessity of Secondary Vocational Music Teaching Design under the background of information,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for Secondary Vocational Music information-based teaching design.Based on the previous research,the third part of the article studies the information-based teaching design and case application,which is the core part of this paper.Firstly,it makes an example analysis based on the core elements such as teaching materials,resources,content,process and evaluation in the information-based teaching design,and the secondary focus is on the teaching design and implementation of practical cases,Firstly,it discusses how to write the teaching plan from three aspects;Then,taking the specific content of "music education for preschool children" in secondary vocational school "the design and organization of percussion instrument performance for preschool children" as an example,this paper analyzes the application of the teaching implementation process before,during and after class;Finally,it studies and analyzes the application of teaching concept,teaching process and teaching evaluation from the practical level.The last part of the article expounds the conclusions,deficiencies and prospects of music teaching design and application research in secondary vocational schools under the background of educational informatization.
