With the rapid development of modern information technology, information processing ability and literacy are required by the development of modern society. Information technology education has drawn people’s attention unprecedentedly. Information technology is changing the traditional fixed teaching modes, and bringing new vitality for teaching, with affection for curriculum design and teaching content, forms and means, etc. Currently our country’s education informationalization developing rapidly. It will revolutionize education concept and teaching patterns. The trend will accelerate the transition from focusing teaching to learning, from teaching knowledge to cultivating capability, from classroom to diversified learning approaches. Flipped classroom education mode is well supported by modern information technology. It provides an opportunity for China’s education reform.The study is to research the application of information technology in secondary vocational mathematics teaching in order to explore how to help teachers use information technology ability to push teaching reform. It explores how to use information technology effectively and integrate school’s teaching resources to propel "teacher-centered" to “student-centered" education transition. It explores how to create a mode that can keep teachers’ leading role, and fully embody students’ main body role in vocational schools; how to use modern information technology to help students acquire knowledge, establish the platform of autonomous learning and cooperative learning, promote students’ knowledge generation and meaning construction.This paper is based on the analysis of current students’ learning and teachers’ teaching status to study how to promote reform of learning environment, learning methods, teaching methods, roles of teachers and students, interaction, teaching evaluation etc. Research in information technology environment informatization instructional design to meet the principle of the teaching goal, to benefit for students to learn, to the principle of the principle of secondary vocational students’ learning and lifelong learning; Research how to use training learning, scientific research, information teaching design competition to improve the quality of the secondary mathematics teachers’ information technology; Through the teaching design and practice the experimental class was conducted. It uses teaching practice positively to verify the practical value of flipped class, and actively explore mixed learning mode, new teaching structure. The paper explored whether flipped class mode can meet the need of secondary vocational school mathematics education.
