In the Internet plus education information society,teachers' teaching mode and students' learning mode should be adjusted and reformed with the development of the times.As a teacher,they should have the concept of keeping pace with the times and the ability to renew knowledge and lifelong learning.As a student,they should become the master of learning.That means students should transform passive learning into active learning,and form good habits of independent thinking,cooperation and communication.Flipped classroom mode is a product of adapting to this change and integrating modern education technology.It meets the new requirements of junior middle school mathematics curriculum standards,is conducive to the integration and optimization of information technology and mathematics curriculum.And it provides a completely new mode for classroom teaching.There are three research methods such as literature research,classroom observation and questionnaire survey.The author understands deeply the application mode and implementation status of flipped classroom,and studies the teaching case design seriously.Meanwhile,the author elaborately arranges teaching activities and carefully observes the implementation of flipped classroom in junior middle school algebra teaching.By comparing the application effect of flipped classroom with the effect of traditional classroom,the advantages and disadvantages of flipped classroom are summarized,and some suggestions for optimizing flipped classroom are given.The design and application of teaching cases is the key link of effective classroom teaching.In the design process,we should pay attention to junior algebra content system arrangement.Due to the different characteristics of number and formula,equation and inequality,and function,the design and application of cases in junior high school algebra are studied by taking cube root in Grade 7,unary inequalities in Grade 8,and quadratic functions in Grade 9 as examples.On the basis of considering students' physical and mental development law,knowledge learning ability and characteristics of flipped classroom model,three teaching cases are developed and applied to flipped classroom practice after learning excellent teachers' teaching experience,discussing each other and repeatedly modifying.According to the data statistics and analysis of the questionnaire in W District,H City,it can be found that flipped classroom has obvious effects on arousing students' learning enthusiasm and improving their learning efficiency,and it is beneficial to improve students' academic performance.According to the statistics and analysis of the test data,it is clear that the teaching effect of flipped classroom model is basically the same as that of traditional mode in basic questions test,and even the score of basic questions under the implementation of traditional teaching mode is slightly higher.For expanding and improving questions,the teaching effect of flipped classroom model is better than that of traditional model.In terms of the overall score,the application of flipped classroom model is also helpful to improve the overall average score,pass rate and excellence rate of the class.Therefore,in the application process of flipped classroom model,further attention and emphasis should be paid to the implementation of basic knowledge for different levels and types of mathematical content and questions.
