Education is a purposeful cultivating social activity, the essence of education is to enable every student to get their own education. Due to the differences of genetic factors, family education, social environment, individual initiative and so on, it is called the individualized teaching.However,the author found from the survey that most of the teachers have high expectations for the individualized teaching, but in real life one teacher have to teach a group of children.It is very hard to meet the educational needs of the students in the classroom.With the enhancement of multimedia technology,it provides a new idea for the new education pattern.How to apply the mode of the flipped classroom to the actual classroom, build a bridge of individualized construction, promote the development of students, are the questions that majority of educators have been thinking.In this article, with the theory of multiple intelligences,the author try to teach students in the mode of the individualized teaching based on the flipped classroom.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part discusses the lodging cause of individualized teaching based on the flipped classroom, introduces the historical development and current research situation of the flipped classroom and individualized teaching.The second part mainly to define the concept of the individualized teaching,the flipped classroom and the individualized teaching based on the flipped classroom.The third part analyzes the theory of multiple intelligences, audio visual education theory and so on.The fourth part analyzes the content,students of the chapter of “animal movement and behavior”,to design process of personalized teaching,to structure the pre-class resources with related software resources.The fifth part is the implementation of the teaching experiment, to collect data,to analyze data through the contrast of the traditional teaching and individualized teaching based on the flipped classroom.The sixth part is the conclusion, including the conclusion of the study, limitations and prospects.The results show that individualized teaching under the flipped classroom can promote improvement and multiple intelligences,mobilize the students' enthusiasm and initiative.But there is still a long way to go to make a better localization of the flipped classroom.
