Studies have shown that mathematics learning strategy is an important factor affecting mathematics learning efficiency.Under the double reduction policy,in order to effectively reduce the learning burden of students,it is necessary to start from the factors affecting learning efficiency and measure the symptoms.Using information technology to carry out learning assessment is not only a requirement of education evaluation,but also an action measure to effectively improve learning quality and reduce students’ learning burden.Qinghai province county is the national rural revitalization of key support,use of guang-ming wang team developed the mathematics learning quality intelligent evaluation and Shi Ce system ",the scale to qinghai province county students were asked to intelligent diagnosis,mass of intelligent diagnosis report output measured individual,and based on the diagnosis of problems,automatic output personalized promotion measures,one person one,However,empirical research is needed to determine the effectiveness.The research questions include :(1)what is the current situation of math learning strategy level of high school students in Jianzha County,Qinghai Province?(2)Are there any cases of poor evaluation results of each sub-dimension of mathematics learning strategy? How can individuals be treated intelligently? What was the effect?In order to solve the first research problem,the questionnaire survey method was used to analyze the survey data and explore the status quo of mathematics learning strategies of high school students in Jianzha County,Qinghai Province.In order to solve the research problem 2,the case study method was adopted,the intelligent evaluation system was used to determine the intervention case,the interview method was adopted to further understand the learning situation of the case,and on the basis of intelligent policy implementation,reasonable guidance method was adopted to intervene the case.After the intervention,compared before and after intervention in the intelligent measurement system diagnostic report,math grades and class rank,combining self-evaluation of students,student behavior,his rating qualitative investigation,adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative method,the application effect of the intelligent measurement system,to check up on the intervention effect of intelligent Shi Ce scheme,and analyzes the reason,Provide the basis for writing the research conclusion.The conclusions are as follows :(1)the overall mathematics learning strategies and sub-dimensions of high school students in jianzha county are in the middle level,and there is room for further improvement.(2)There are typical cases with poor evaluation results of each sub-dimension of mathematical learning strategy.(3)using guang-ming wang team with intellectual property rights of independent research and development of intelligent measurement system for diagnosis and guidance for respectively in the low level of cognitive strategies,metacognitive strategy dimensions of students,on the basis of intelligent Shi Ce after intervention guide,mathematics learning strategy level and mathematics learning progress than before,There were significant differences in mathematics academic performance and class rank before and after intervention,and the effect size was larger than the large effect.(4)According to the individual differences of students,the intelligent system is used to provide personalized improvement programs for each tested student.On the basis of the improvement measures proposed by the system,supplemented by individual interviews,following the "intelligent evaluation,understand the diagnosis results;Explain the explanation,detailed learning strategies;Policy division,demonstration application strategy;Students internalize and self-report strategy content;Intensive practice,application of learning strategies;Strategy migration,training strategy level;Intelligent diagnosis,testing strategy level;The guidance process of skill generalization and strategy improvement has achieved preliminary results.The combination of individualized plan and scientific and reasonable guidance method can effectively promote the improvement of students’ strategic level.Teaching suggestions: To carry out intelligent evaluation of mathematics learning strategies and steadily promote the high-quality development of high school education in Jianza County;For teachers,the intelligent evaluation system of mathematics learning strategy should be used flexibly to supervise and guide them.For the students,we should follow the intelligent policy suggestions to improve the awareness of the application of mathematics learning strategies;For parents,we should cooperate with parents to promote the optimization and improvement of students’ math learning strategies.
