The Ministry of Education of China officially issued the "General Senior High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard" in 2017,which proposed the core quality of high school chemistry for the first time.The core quality of chemistry embodies the value of high school chemistry education.It is the correct value concept that high school students gradually form in the daily learning,and they essential qualities and key capabilities.The core quality of the chemical discipline is divided into five aspects,among which "scientific attitude and social responsibility" is an important expression of the core quality of the chemical discipline.In order to evaluate the status of high school students 'scientific attitude and social responsibility,this study uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey method and data analysis method to develop and establish the goal dimension of scientific attitude and social responsibility in conjunction with the new curriculum standard in 2017.What's more,based on the specific requirements and levels of scientific attitudes and social responsibilities in the "General Senior High School Chemistry Curriculum Standard"(2017 edition),the evaluation criteria for high school students 'scientific attitudes and social responsibilities are constructed.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter presents the background and purpose of the study,the main study methods are described,and the specific ideas of the research in this paper.The second chapter mainly defines the scientific attitude,social responsibility,and other concepts related to the content of the questionnaire,and a brief introduction of relevant research at home and abroad.The third chapter mainly expounds the research and design of the contents of the scientific attitude and social responsibility questionnaire,including dimensions,measurements,structure of questions,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The fourth chapter analyzes the data of questionnaire survey,and the fifth chapter expounds the research conclusions and the related issues discusses.Through the analysis of the new curriculum standard of 2017 and the related reference to the literature at home and abroad,this study explored the evaluation criteria of high school students 'scientific attitude and social responsibility,and developed a questionnaire scale,which was used for follow-up research.Selected Chengdu and Neijiang high school students for testing,finally,the reliability of the questionnaire was 0.847,the validity was 0.881,obtain a better operational scale.Using this scale,some high school students in Chengdu,Nanchong,Mianyang,Neijiang and other cities in Sichuan were tested.After collecting data,SPSS software was used for analysis.The results showed that most high school students 'scores in various dimensions were in the middle;From the perspective of analytical dimension,the average score of scientific attitude is higher,and the average score of social responsibility is lower,reflecting the lack of students 'ability to raise the knowledge they have learned to a high level of social responsibility.From each level of the ability of the requirements of core quality 5,the student scoring rate is about 70 %,and they are all at a medium upper level.From the analysis of the reasons,the student's area and the student's grade are the main influencing factors.
