As we all know,mathematics learning is based on mathematical concepts,so mathematical concept teaching is very important to the construction of students' knowledge system.In terms of junior middle school algebra concepts,most teachers tend to neglect or ignore the elaboration of the formation process of algebra concepts in teaching,which leads to a one-sided understanding of algebra concepts by many students,who can only solve problems without knowing the connotation.The new curriculum reform has put forward new requirements for the teaching of algebraic concepts,and the algebraic concepts occupy an important position in the mathematical knowledge system,which has practical significance.Therefore,based on APOS theory,this paper studies the teaching strategies of junior high school algebra concepts.First of all,this paper defines the concept of mathematics and its teaching,and then expounds the system,characteristics and teaching value of junior high school algebra concept,and summarizes the APOS theory and its research status.On this basis,the feasibility and necessity of APOS theory guiding algebra concept teaching in junior middle school are analyzed.Secondly,through student questionnaire and teacher interview,it is found that there are some problems in the teaching of algebra concept.Students:(1)Low interest in algebra concepts;(2)Less independent inquiry and lack of reflective consciousness;(3)Lack of self-understanding of algebraic concepts;(4)The relationship between algebraic concepts is not fully grasped.Teachers:(1)easy to ignore the learning situation analysis,the understanding of classroom introduction is one-sided;(2)The discovery process of algebraic concepts and the ability of students to outline concepts independently are ignored;(3)More emphasis is placed on problem solving training,without in-depth analysis of the essence of algebraic concepts;(4)Lack of independent and continuous construction of algebraic concept system ability training.Then,combined with the problems found in the survey,the teaching requirements of mathematics core literacy and the law of thinking development of junior high school students,the corresponding teaching strategies are proposed based on the four stages of APOS theory,aiming to improve the teaching efficiency of junior high school algebra concepts,and the teaching case of "fractional" is designed based on the teaching strategies.Next,the teaching design of "fractional" is put into practice,and questionnaire survey and after-school test are carried out for students.The data show that the teaching design based on APOS theory is more in line with students' psychological cognition and learning rules,and has certain help to improve students' learning interest and performance.At the end of this paper,a summary is made,and the shortcomings and prospects for the future are pointed out.
