By tracking the national walking team training at high altitude, take the national walking team2high level men’s20km race walking athletes as the research object, with the method of literature, observation, interview, mathematical statistics, and comparative analysis method as research method, to summarize the load arrangement of the plateau, plateau period before and after plateau three different training stages.Through the Statistical and Comparative analysis, I come to the following conclusions:1. Altitude training is an important means of athletes in endurance events for major events。Chending, Wang Zhen preparation for London Olympic Games were altitude training. They in the Olympic Games have made outstanding achievements. Chending won the gold medal and Wang Zhen won the bronze medal. After practice, two people of altitude training before competition training arrangement is reasonable.2. The altitude training model and training methods and means of Chending, Wangzhen are different. The long distance, speed, acceleration, walking long distances in the uphill walk, and a variable speed of training methods and means are mainly used in the training of Chen ding, less use of intermittent walking. Long distance speed, acceleration, and a short distance away in the distance of training methods and means are mainly used in the training of Wang Zhen, intermittent walking speed walking.3. From the load and intensity on the watch, with Chending, Wang Zhen have completed load and load intensity are difference. Chending dominated by large amount of training of moderate intensity. Wang Zhen load arrangement is in low load, high intensity, reflected the arrangement characteristics of different coaches. The common point of showing wave-like changes in load, the corresponding week load intensity is also a wave-like change.4. Chen Ding, Wang Zhen attaches great importance to the special physical quality training in body training. Training arrangement of Chending in the physical quality training arrangement is more, arrange5times a week. The main means of training is strength training. Wang Zhen arranged an average of2times a week, whose training mean is rich and comprehensive, including strength, flexibility, coordination of posture, practice, training means more varied.
