With the acceleration of the globalization process and the rapid economic development,the education of all countries attaches great importance to the training of comprehensive talents.In this context,STEM education,which emphasizes interdisciplinary integration,has emerged and has received widespread attention.At present,there is a lack of specialized STEM teachers in primary and secondary schools in our country,and STEM courses are usually conducted by teachers such as mathematics and science,which is a new challenge for teachers' teaching ability.As the foundation of my country's education system,primary education is the foundational project to improve the quality of our nation and the future development of children.Teachers play a key role in this project.Therefore,the STEM teaching ability of primary school teachers is of great importance.Based on this,this research systematically researches the STEM teaching ability of primary school math teachers,divides the whole sentence into seven parts,firstly explains the research background and importance of this research,and gives a detailed explanation.will explain.In the second part,we will use the method of literature search to find literature related to teachers' STEM teaching ability and understand the research situation.Part 3 defines the concepts of STEM education,educational competencies,and STEM education.The fourth part summarizes the questionnaire survey of primary school mathematics teachers' STEM teaching ability.The results of the survey show that primary school mathematics teachers have strong STEM education organization ability.STEM education reflection ability,STEM education evaluation ability,STEM education implementation ability and STEM education design ability are average,but the bigger problem is the STEM education analysis ability,STEM resource development ability,and STEM education innovation ability of primary school math teachers.There was no significant difference in the STEM teaching ability of different elementary school math teachers.gender.Primary school mathematics teachers of different age groups have great differences in STEM education implementation,STEM organization,and STEM education responses.There are great differences in the STEM education and analytical abilities of primary school math teachers with different educational backgrounds...The fifth part combines the survey results with the interview content to conduct a more in-depth analysis of the reasons for the problems of primary school mathematics teachers' STEM teaching ability.The sixth part proposes measures to improve the STEM teaching ability of primary school mathematics teachers.She: When planning educational activities,teachers should strengthen the research on STEM theoretical knowledge,actively acquire interdisciplinary knowledge,and establish the concept of resource development.When carrying out educational activities,teachers should actively implement educational practice and encourage students to participate in assessment.In research and educational development,teachers need to improve their creative thinking and clarify their thinking.The seventh part summarizes the research and research on the STEM teaching ability of primary school mathematics teachers,and points out the shortcomings and prospects of this research.On the STEM education competencies of elementary school teachers.
