Preparing for class as a teacher's teaching preparation is the most basic part of the entire teaching activity.With the implementation of the lesson preparation model and the summarization of its experience,we found that the currently implemented lesson preparation model did not exert its previously imagined effect in practice.From the traditional individual preparation of lessons to the promotion of teachers' collective preparation of lessons and to the appearance of various lesson preparation models,the reform of preparation methods has gradually become an effective means to promote the improvement of school teaching and professional development of teachers in primary schools in China.With the deepening of teaching reform and research on teaching theories,the forms of teacher preparation in our country are becoming increasingly diverse.In view of this reality,this study selected S primary school in Liaocheng City,Shandong Province as the research object,and conducted practical research on the actual preparation work for the school.In order to improve the level of education and teaching in China's rural primary schools,we can start with lesson preparation for school teaching.This study starts with the preparation process of the S elementary school,including individual preparation for lessons,and collective preparation for lessons.Participatory observation and interviewing methods are used to collect information.Through the qualitative research on the data collected,the problems existing in the preparation of the S primary school are summarized and analyzed.Based on the results of the summary analysis,it is suggested that the preparation process of the S elementary school is helpful for the new teacher to adapt to the teaching work,helping to exert the power of the teachers' collective,facilitating students' initiative in learning,and teaching management that is conducive to the school include the lack of some teachers ' awareness of self-development,the lack of practical knowledge for some teachers,and teachers.Lack of self-reflection,lack of mutual assistance among colleagues and other issues,to solve these problems proposed strategies for solving problems: focus on teacher professional development;create a cooperative teacher culture;cultivate the development ofexploratory teachers.The teacher's preparation process not only reflects the teacher's ability in education and teaching,but also reflects the professional development of the teacher.The effective degree of the teacher preparation process is directly affecting the teacher's classroom teaching effect and the student's classroom learning effect.Through the effective improvement of the preparation process for teachers,it is possible to improve the learning effect of the students and improve the teaching level of the school.
