Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students' View Of Rural Employment At The Grassroots Level

The rural revitalization strategy is an important strategic deployment for rural areas and farmers in the context of the new era.Rural revitalization needs talents,and the assistance of talents is the key to realizing rural revitalization.As a vigorous intellectual group,college students are the talent reserve army of China's construction and development,which is of great significance to promote rural revitalization.At the same time,the state has also formulated many policies to attract college graduates to get jobs at the grassroots level.It is also the responsibility and obligation of every young college student to actively participate in rural revitalization.The correct concept of rural employment is the prerequisite and necessary condition for college students to actively participate in rural revitalization and effective rural construction.College students are active in thinking and accept new things quickly,but they are easy to be restrained in thinking.Nowadays,the integration of diverse cultures and the complexity of network information will have an impact on the values of college students.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the relationship between college students and rural revitalization,and then analyze the problems and deviations existing in the values of rural employment of college students at the grassroots level,and further put forward countermeasures.Based on this,this paper studies the problems and countermeasures of college students' view of rural employment at the grassroots level.The first part analyzes the background and significance of the research,introduces and briefly reviews the existing research at home and abroad,and explains the research methods and innovations.The second part defines the concept of grassroots rural employment of college students,combs the existing policies and documents on grassroots employment of college students,and analyzes the significance of college students to establish a correct grassroots rural employment concept;The third part starts from the questionnaire,introduces the basic situation of the survey object,analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey,summarizes the problems existing in the view of rural employment of college students at the grassroots level;The fourth part mainly analyzes the causes of the problems in the understanding of the values of rural employment in the grassroots from the five aspects of college students' individual,school,family,society and grassroots government,two dimensions of internal cause and external cause.The fifth part from the individual understanding,school education,family education,public opinion and government support five aspects of guiding college students to establish a correct view of rural employment.
