As a spreader of the human knowledge and culture, teacher plays a key role in the process of promoting the students' development and education's progress. At the present,the concept of new curriculum reform advocates to cultivate the students' ability of autonomous learning. To achieve this goal requires that putting the teachers'autonomous learning in the first place. High school political teachers as the backbone strength among high school teachers, still need to be autonomous learning, the autonomous learning progress more worthy of research.This paper takes Ezhou of hubei province high school as an example, on the high school politics teachers' autonomous learning problems investigation questionnaire and interviews, on the basis of careful analysis of the results, further exploring its influence factors, and combining the actual situations, I will propose some reasonable improving measures. The full text mainly designs four parts, the first part tells the basic definition of the concept of the teachers' autonomous learning, including teachers' autonomous learning and the high school political teachers' autonomous learning. The second part in Ezhou High School political teachers' autonomous learning for example, to make the actual investigation and study, and according to the results of the survey analyzing of the current situation of the high school political teachers' autonomous learning, and summarizes the main problems existing at present. The third part explores the internal and external factors influencing the high school politics teachers' autonomous learning,In view of the current main problems in the political teacher independent learning and cause analysis, and finally the fourth part putting forward reasonable suggestions and measures to promote.The article aims to survey the main problems of high school politics teachers' autonomous learning, and puts forward effective improvement measures, in raising the awareness and ability of political teachers' autonomous learning, at the same time, strengthen political teachers to improve their own quality, constantly promote teacher's professional development, actively promote gradually improvement of the high school teaching work.Teachers' autonomous learning requires teachers to correct their learning purpose, have consciously active learning consciousness and ability, and in the actual teaching action of be good at summing up experience of the autonomous learning gain and loss, and then stick to autonomous learning, constantly improve the teaching,promote the professional development for teachers and students' grow up. Teachers'autonomous learning requires each subject teachers to actively cooperate with, take the initiative to consciously in them, not only do a good job in enhancing their own quality,but also fully promote the students' autonomous learning ability improvement in perfecting myself.
