Since the beginning of the 21 st century,teaching reflection has aroused a widespread concern in the field of education in China.In cultivating the “newcomers of the times”,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasizes that morality should be the first priority,morality should be emphasized,and moral education should be emphasized.The reflection of ideological and political teaching is an effective way to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching.This thesis investigates and analyses the teaching reflection of ideological and political courses teachers by means of questionnaires and interviews on the basis of collecting the relevant documents of teaching reflection,with a view to combining the theory of teaching reflection with the teaching of ideological and political courses,improving the teaching effect of ideological and political courses and promoting the professional development of teachers of ideological and political courses.The full text is divided into the following four parts: The first part,which expounds the background and significance of the topic,analyzes the research situation of teaching reflection at home and abroad,and establishes the research ideas,research methods and innovation points of this thesis.The second part,starting with the relevant theories of teaching reflection at home and abroad,defines the connotation of teaching reflection from the three aspects of pre-teaching,middle-teaching and postteaching,summarizes its comprehensive,contemporary and practical characteristics,and then analyses the significance of teaching reflection of ideological and political course to the development of subjects,teachers' growth and students' development.The third part analyzes the reality of the reflection of teachers in ideological and political courses,reveals the problems of teaching reflection in terms of cognition,content,ways and methods,environment,etc.,and then analyzes the problems in depth and finds the causes.The fourth part,aiming at the problems of teachers 'reflection in ideological and political courses,based on teaching practice,explores solutions,mainly including enhancing the consciousness of teaching reflection,grasping the content of teaching reflection from multiple angles,using various methods to reflect on teaching,creating good teaching reflection environment and soon.It is hoped that through the solution of the problem,the professional quality of teachers will be enhanced and the effectiveness of teaching will be enhanced.The last part summarizes the research,and prospects the future research.
