As an important part of undergraduate education,practical teaching is an important way to improve the quality of undergraduate talent training.Optimizing practical teaching is helpful to undergraduate education training excellent talents.This study with undergraduate professional practice teaching as the research content,using the social practice theory and student participation theory as the theoretical basis,choose Z university agronomy professional practice teaching as the case study object,the comprehensive use of literature analysis,field research,questionnaire,interview method,such as research,pay attention to the combination of theoretical research and practical research.Through the case analysis of the connotation,current situation,characteristics and problems of undergraduate practice teaching and the reasons affecting professional practice teaching,and finally the optimization path and countermeasures of general undergraduate practice teaching are put forward.Z University establishes comprehensive practical teaching place;the most basic capital of professional practice teaching from single to diversified,“tutor system”,“double practice system” and practice place management system,improve the quality of teachers to improve teachers practice experience.The cultivation of professional practice teaching culture is mainly reflected in the local and social development of the talents and the evaluation feedback.In the continuous development,the agronomy major of Z University has formed its own characteristics,but also faces certain problems and difficulties.The professional practice teaching place is “five co-construction”,and the professional practice teaching capital takes curriculum construction as the core,with professional practice courses with “two major directions and four modules”,“three semesters” curriculum system,and professional practice teaching culture with clear action subject goals and high matching goals with social needs.The dilemma is reflected in the fact that although the construction of professional practice sites is fully rich,the depth needs to be improved,especially the low utilization rate of enterprises as practice places,the slow update of advanced science and technology equipment,and the failure to play the main role of student actors in teaching evaluation.based on this,Future professional practice teaching can be built from the construction field,Optimize the practical teaching place of undergraduate majors,Especially pay attention to the use of enterprise places in practical teaching,and to create tools,From improving the quantity and quality of teachers,Improve the professional practice teaching system,Accelerate the renewal of advanced scientific and technological conditions,Increase funding investment,optimize the professional practice teaching curriculum in four aspects to deepen the construction of undergraduate professional practice teaching guarantee,and finally through the organization of professional knowledge training,Enhance the sense of position of action subjects,update teaching objectives,reshape evaluation methods and evaluation subjects,combined with talent training and social needs,Stimulate the action subject to participate in the three aspects.
