The most important thing for the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is the training and supply of talents.How to give full play to the talent training function of colleges and universities and provide innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the revitalization of villages is crucial to the development of industries,economy and culture in villages.Based on this situation,this paper hopes to provide reference for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents of agronomy specialty through the research on the innovative and entrepreneurial quality of undergraduates of agronomy specialty.Taking J Agricultural University as an example,this paper has carried out a systematic study on three key issues,including "what is the evaluation standard for the innovative and entrepreneurial quality of undergraduates majoring in agriculture,how is the innovative and entrepreneurial quality of undergraduates majoring in agriculture,and what are the reasons for the problems in the innovative and entrepreneurial quality of undergraduates majoring in agriculture".First of all,the paper combed the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and on the basis of referring to the research results of scholars,constructed the evaluation index of innovation and entrepreneurship quality suitable for agricultural undergraduates of J Agricultural University.Through expert consultation and other ways,the paper formed four first-class indexes to measure students' innovation and entrepreneurship quality scale: innovation and entrepreneurship intention,innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge,innovation and entrepreneurship personality and innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and 12 second-class indexes.This paper makes a research hypothesis on the relationship between students' household registration,grade,major,family business experience,family annual income and other personal background factors on the quality of students' innovation and entrepreneurship.Summarize the possible influencing factors of students' innovative and entrepreneurial qualities.On this basis,questions are set up to form a questionnaire on the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship quality of undergraduates majoring in agronomy.Then,the paper collects and sorts out the questionnaire data of agronomy majors in J Agricultural University,and uses SPSS21.0 to make statistical analysis of 589 valid questionnaires collected.It is found that the overall level of students' innovation and entrepreneurship quality is average,among which students have poor knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship,low intention of innovation and entrepreneurship,poor ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,and good personality of innovation and entrepreneurship.At the same time,there are significant differences in students' innovative and entrepreneurial qualities in household registration,grade,family business experience,family annual income and other personal background factors.Finally,the paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial qualities of undergraduates majoring in agronomy from the perspectives of family,school and society,and puts forward corresponding suggestions to provide reference for universities to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents of undergraduates majoring in agronomy.
