Preschool education,as the beginning of a person's lifelong learning and an important part of the national education system,not only affects personal development,but also affects the vital interests of the family,as well as the future of the nation.With the rapid development of preschool education in recent years,the demand for professional talents is facing higher demands and greater challenges.Parents,preschool education institutions and many countries have put forward higher requirements for the staff of preschool education.However,the current situation of the professional quality training of undergraduate students at the undergraduate level is a question worth studying.Based on this background,this paper takes Guangxi as an example to study the professionalism of Undergraduates in Guangxi.This paper studies the literacy of Guangxi preschool education undergraduates,using literature analysis,questionnaire and interview as the research method.According to the three dimensions of "Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers(trial)",namely,professional idea and ethics,professional ability and professional knowledge,the questionnaire was compiled by ourselves.To Guangxi preschool education undergraduate professional accomplishment carries on the analysis.Through the analysis of the present situation,it is found that the degree of professional enthusiasm is not high,the mastery of professional knowledge is not firm,the practical experience is not rich,the ability of scientific research is weak,and the professional planning is not clear.Students from different backgrounds have different professional qualities and so on.According to the analysis,combined with interviews,this paper analyzes the reasons from the level of individual and family and the level of education and teaching in colleges and universities.First of all,we should strengthen the students' professional identity,enrich the perceptual understanding,change the deviation of family cognition and increase professional support.In order to promote the mastery of professional knowledge,colleges and universities should carry out a diversified knowledge assessment system to awaken students' interest in learning;teachers should change their teaching methods and stress the status of students' main body;at the same time,they should adjust the proportion of courses offered.Network media can be used to test teaching more diversified forms.In the development of professional ability,colleges and universities should strengthen the supervision of practice teaching and pay attention to the cultivation of "double qualified" teachers.Improve students' professional ability;increase substantial scientific research teaching;cultivate students' scientific research consciousness;improve the vocational planning system and promote students' conscious career planning;at the same time,perfect the training plan of preschool education major,students from different backgrounds are taught according to their aptitude.
