Research On The Current Situation Of Chorus Management In Primary And Secondary Schools In Zhangzhou

As an important part of music education,the chorus can not only cultivate students' musical hearing and aesthetics,but also enable students to develop collectivism of unity,cooperation and coordination.This essay focuses on several influential primary and secondary school choirs in Zhangzhou City,investigates and discusses their organizational internal structure and daily management,and concludes that chorus management can be used for reference in music education and teaching in primary and secondary schools,which provides a reference for teaching and the development of school music courses.At the same time,this essay summarizes the commonalities in management of these choirs,so that the theoretical discussion on chorus management in this research can be useful for the teaching practice of other primary and secondary school choirs in Zhangzhou City.benefit.The author hopes that by analyzing the management experience of several primary and secondary school choirs in Zhangzhou City,which in order to summarizing the internal laws of their development,providing applicable methods and means for the organization and management of chorus teachers,and contributing to the development of more choirs.The body of this essay is divided into four parts:The first part: analyzing the development status of chorus in Zhangzhou City and the development status of chorus in primary and secondary schools in Zhangzhou City,which is for initially understands the current development status of chorus in Zhangzhou City,and laying the groundwork for the specific issues of chorus management below.The second part: Starting from the management status of several choirs investigated by the author,this part is expounded from the two aspects of organization management and teaching management of choirs.The author summarizes the situation of the choirs under investigation and the management methods and tools adopted by several choirs in the management process as comprehensively as possible.The third part: summarizing the problems existing in the chorus management of primary and secondary schools in Zhangzhou City through the understanding of the management status as mentioned above,and analyzing the disadvantages of these management problems to the chorus through the previous understanding of the management status.The fourth part: putting forward appropriate and reasonable improvement countermeasures for the problems existing in primary and secondary schools Zhangzhou City chorus management,and summarizing the universal methods of primary and secondary school chorus management by finding problems and solving problems.
