Research On The Situation And Countermeasures Of Campus Football In Middle Schools In Zhangzhou Area From The Perspective Of The Integration Of Sports And Education

As the breakthrough point of deepening the reform of Chinese football,campus football is also the point of deep integration of school sports and competitive sports in China,and national leaders at all levels have attached great importance to it.However,the development of “sports and education integration” in middle school campus football is a long-term and persistent measure.Zhangzhou city is still in the preliminary “pilot” stage,and there is still a long way to explore and improve.Therefore,through the research and investigation on the development status of “sports and teaching integration” of Zhangzhou high school campus football,this study will further improve the practice process of Zhangzhou high school campus football and promote a new development path of "sports and teaching integration" of Zhangzhou high school campus football.Literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,literature measurement method and other research methods are used in this thesis.Through the literature and study of this research,starting from the topic selection to “teach fused” relevant research and middle school campus football “teach fused” to collect relevant data and documents,news reports,with related literature review,it not only echoes the topic selection but also foreshadows the research direction of the paper.Firstly,the connotation of“sports and education integration” of high school campus football is clarified.Then,by interviewing football experts,an insight into the management of the sports system and education system is given.On this basis,it analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the practice of “sports and education integration” in Zhangzhou middle school campus football;then,the SWOT analysis mode of “sports and education integration” in Zhangzhou middle school campus football is completed.Finally,based on the practice of “sports and education integration” in middle school campus football,and the problems and shortcomings,this thesis put forward the corresponding optimization strategies.The results show that: 1)The development of campus football in Zhangzhou middle schools is not targeted in relevant policies,and there is no good policy to solve the internal dilemma of campus football according to local conditions.2)The practice process of “sports and education integration” of middle school football in Zhangzhou is not consistent with the goal and value orientation of middle school football and has not achieved synchronous development.3)The integration of sports and education departments is not fully consistent with the demand of middle school students for campus football activities.4)The service group of “sports and education integration”focuses on a small number of football players,rather than ordinary students.For ordinary students,the integration content needs to be further strengthened,so the integration effect is more significant.5)Problems and deficiencies in the practice of“sports and education integration” of campus football in Zhangzhou middle schools include policies and regulations that need to be constantly improved,lack of rigid normative guidance in the practice process,barriers in the cooperation between sports departments and education departments;efforts should be made in campus football activities and the construction of teaching staff should be constantly strengthened,etc.The following advice is given based on the above conclusions: 1)Specific and perfect policies and regulations should be established in the practice process of“sports and education integration” for middle school campus football in Zhangzhou city to promote further implementation of the practice process.2)It is necessary to break the long-term “dual track system” of sports and education,eliminate the cooperation barriers between the two departments,eliminate potential conflicts of interest,and further strengthen the in-depth cooperation between sports and education departments.3)Further improvement of the construction mode of the football teacher team should be gained,and the teacher training system should be optimized by arranging systematic and perfect training courses for front-line football teachers and coaches.4)The scope of radiation should be broadened to create a “one-stop” talent training mode from “universities and primary schools”,making an influence onthe southern part of Fujian and even the whole Fujian province.5)The supervision and enforcement of the development of Zhangzhou high school campus football should be strengthened by establishing the supervision system of “sports and education integration”.
