Teaching reflection ability is the ability of teachers to reflect positively,continuously and deeply on their own teaching.Teaching reflection is an important way to improve teaching practice and promote teachers' professional development.Special education interns are the reserve force of future special education teachers,and their teaching reflection ability is related to the development of special education quality.Video analysis provides a new method and technology for teaching reflection,and exploring its effect on the improvement of teaching reflection ability of special education interns helps to explore a new path for the improvement of teaching reflection ability of special education interns and provides a useful reference for the training of special education teachers.This study took 5 special education interns as the research objects,combined with the case study method and interview method,explored the influence of video analysis on the teaching reflection ability of special education interns from three aspects: the content,level and process of teaching reflection.The results are as follows:(1)The teaching reflection ability of special education interns is in the middle level;(2)Video analysis can effectively improve the teaching reflection ability of special education interns.Through video analysis,the content,level and process of teaching reflection of5 interns were improved to a certain extent;(3)There are individual differences in the effectiveness of video analysis for special education interns in improving teaching reflection ability,which is mainly reflected in the content of teaching reflection and the level of teaching reflection.Based on the above conclusions,this study suggests that special education interns use video analysis to reflect on teaching,record and watch teaching videos,clarify their own problems in teaching,analyze and explore ways to solve them,so as to maximize the effect of teaching reflection and promote the development of their teaching reflection ability.
