Social work is a practical subject with certain practical operability.Looking back on the whole history of social work research is a process of review,reflection and progress.In the process of social work practice,the reflective ability of interns has been emphasized.This study focuses on ethical puzzles and problem solving in the process of internship by participating in left-behind children's projects,poverty alleviation projects and interviewing a number of social work postgraduates who participated in different projects.Through reflection in practice,this paper explores how they changed from "knowing" to "doing".This study examines the practical process of interns from a reflective perspective.The main line of thinking is: reflection on social work practice must be carried out in the process of "action" from "knowledge" to practical work.In the whole process,interns show shallow knowledge to profound evolution,choice of human feelings and morals,dilemma of professional and non-professional distinctions and solutions to these dilemmas.Make social work graduate students continuously to the maturity of professionalization.Practical reflection of social work interns is also based on the macro background of localized politics,economy and culture in China.Local social work reflection is constructed in the practice of social work specialty.It not only promotes professional reflection on the educational methods of the specialty,but also undertakes the development mission of social work specialty.Through the study of the various links and details in the practice of this major,the author has formed a reflective process of practice.Through reflection,he not only eliminates some puzzles about the professional practice of social work,but also strengthens his professional beliefs and confidence.
