Russian educator Ulsensky once said:" Teacher is a living part of the past and the future,and its cause,though seemed ordinary from the surface,is one of the greatest undertakings in history ".The development of society is inseparable from the talent cultivation,and teachers is precisely the key to nurturing talents.Teachers practicing teachers as the backbone of the future teachers,training and improving their teaching ability is particularly important.Mistakes are unavoidable problems in classroom teaching,the management and utilization of them is not only a test for practicing teachers' level,also affect the teaching efficiency.Due to lack of practical experience,hard to combine teaching theory and classroom practice,weak knowledge base and other reasons,geography practicing teachers has made many errors when managing and utilizing the mistakes,such as improper handling methods,neglecting classroom errors,etc.A Dialectical view of classroom errors and the appropriate use of classroom errors not only can improve the quality of teaching,but also will play a positive role in the development of both teachers and students' thinking.This study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and the significance of the research,defines the related concepts,combs the research status at home and abroad,and explains the object and method of the research.The second chapter analyzes the misunderstandings of teachers in the use of classroom errors through observing and recording the classroom teaching video of the internship teachers.The third chapter explores the reasons why the geography teachers use the classroom wrong resources inappropriately from two aspects:that is the teachers'ability shortage and colleges' instruction shortage.The fourth chapter puts forward the suggestions to help teachers to improve their ability to use classroom errors from three levels of normal school students,normal colleges and internship units.Chapter 5 concludes the research and summarization of this paper,and provides suggestions for future research.
